Welcoming Pool Home on Canal Short Trip to Beaches

Located in well sought Rotonda, here is the perfect backdrop for a wonderful getaway. With 1800 sq ft, this 3 bed/2 bath home can accommodate 3 couples. Great natural light throughout. Throw open the sliders and move your living space outdoors. The pool can be heated to stay comfortable year round. Unrestricted view of the canal behind where nature will provide plenty of photo ops. Fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Beautiful Gulf beaches of Manasota Key are a short car ride away.

The home has a lockbox for entry. The lockbox code will be sent via text on the morning of the reservation. The Welcome Guide in the home will include the information about the home, wifi, trash day, etc. in addition to information about the local area. A contact number is in the book to reach me when needed.

The community has 5 golf courses with varying pars and degrees of difficulty. They are open to the public. There is a community park featuring tennis courts, playground, open field and picnic areas. Great destination for the morning walker/jogger as there is a mile of sidewalk space and friendly hello's and waves from your neighbors.

With soaring ceilings and an open floor plan, you will feel right at home in no time. The well appointed space features a large living room, formal dining area with seating for 4, a separate dinette and a spacious kitchen. Look out over the living room and onto the pool as you are preparing meals. What a fantastic view. Throw open the sliders and your living space moves outdoors. Fire up the grill and let the entertaining begin. The master suite is split from the guest bedrooms for maximum privacy. The master features king sized accommodations with an en-suite bathroom, walk in closet and soaking tub. Fill up the bath with bubbles and catch up with your favorite author. The guest bathroom sits between the two guest bedrooms on the opposite side of the home. Both guest bedrooms provide the comforts of queen sized accommodations. The convenience of an indoor laundry room with a washer and dryer. The pool overlooks a freshwater canal where nature puts on a show. Cast a line for a relaxing day at home. Rotonda is a friendly community where people come back year after year to visit. Do not forget to pack the clubs, as there are 4 surrounding courses catering to the novice and professional alike. Meticulously maintained. This home will not disappoint. Pool heat is available at $20 per night. Available during the cooler months of the year.

Within the community many walk, bike or jog for exercise. A vehicle is recommended for adventures beyond the community. Uber works well for a safe evening out.

Home is clean and sanitized after each stay. We will try to accommodate early check in's but the sanitation of the home is top priority. We appreciate your patience.

$50 of the cleaning fee is subject to refund if the check out list is completed in its entirety and the agreement is signed and dated by the party who initially reserved the home. The list is provided for you in the home.
