Elegant Hunter's Lakeview, a custom built split log home, is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the prestigious Castle Glen Estates. With attention to detail and prime location, this is the perfect vacation home. Entering, you will find the homes laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and garage access to the right.
To the left of the big bear cabin entrance, is the homes custom gourmet kitchen. With high-end Viking Stainless Steel appliances including a french door style fridge and added stainless steel subway tile backsplash. There are granite countertops, an island breakfast bar and a five burner gas range/oven combo. A large picture window over the sink lets in sunlight and provides for a nice view. There is a standard coffee maker and also an electric kettle provided.
The family room area, with an oversized leather sofa and armrest chair are the perfect place to relax and enjoy the panoramic view of the lake. A wood burning fireplace provides warmth during chilly winter evenings while you watch the flat screen TV with WiFi. Upper deck access can be found just off the living room area. Step out to take in the breathtaking views of the lake and Baker pond. During the fourth of July holiday, catch a glimpse of the stunning fireworks show from the comfort of your cabin. The dining area has an expansive table that seats up to eight guests.
Head down the hall where you will find a powder bath and the home's master suite. The master has a king size bed, a gas fireplace and deck access. The master bath boasts a claw foot bath tub, copper sinks and a large stall shower. With luxurious furnishings and high end bedding and accessories, you will feel you have traveled abroad.
Downstairs is the lounge area, with deck access, a large flat screen TV, pool table, and expansive library for the reader in your group. In front of the lounge is a bedroom with a queen bed, down the hall you will find three more bedrooms. The first has a king size bed, to the left is a room with two twin beds and at the end of the hall, the last bedroom has a queen bed. There are two full baths located in the hall. All rooms have been carefully decorated with high end furnishings, linens and accessories.
At the end of the hall you will also find the media room, with a large flat screen TV and reclining loveseat. There are two queen over queen bunks, a wine room with two wine fridges and an additional full bathroom.
Note: The outdoor play equipment is not accessible by this property.

Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned. Important: Dear Traveler, you will be charged with USD 200 in case you include a Pet in your reservation as a Refundable Damage Deposit for Pets.
