Spacious Condo w/ Private Balcony & Gulf Views - Located Right on the Beach!



The Space:

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE: The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 –May 2026). Dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit is open but features a temporary railing. You may also experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time, and access to the heated pool may occasionally vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.



When checking in, please register at the front desk to receive your parking pass and wristbands. The registration fee is $27.00 per vehicle (subject to change without prior notice).

Looking to take in the views of the Emerald Coast or wander down to the beach and feel the white sand in between your toes? Look no further than the Summit! Guests can cook their favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy a cup of coffee (or a glass of wine) on their private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This building features shared amenities such as a fitness center, hot tub, pool, and grilling area.

Located in such a great location, you'll be sure to find something for everyone. St. Andrews State Park is located a short distance down the road, where you can enjoy an awesome hike, swim, or just enjoy the outdoors. Emerald Falls Family Recreation Center is where you can ride go-karts, play mini-golf, and bring the kids to the arcade. At night, enjoy some drinks and good vibes at any of the local destinations like Coyote Ugly, Hammerhead Freds, Sweet Dreams, and the Salty Goat Saloon.

Do not recommend !!

Paid for 1.5 bath and one commode did not work the entire three night stay. The shower had very low water pressure, wouldn’t even rinse the sand off your body it was so low. Shower curtain had mold at the bottom of it. There was very little communication with host or owner. They won’t respond to texts or phone calls. We did not feel welcomed during our stay. I definitely will not be back and definitely do not recommend.
