Located 30 km from Aix en Provence in the heart of the vineyards of the Pays d'Aix and the Sainte Victoire mountain range, this old renovated farmhouse offers all the comfort and charm of a large family home for family holidays or between friends.
The indoor and outdoor spaces are large and can accommodate 12 people comfortably.
The house consists of 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, several lounges including a lounge with billiards and library, a kitchen / dining room with a large family table (12 place settings).
Outside, many spaces have been set up to take full advantage of each moment of the day and the Provencal sweetness:
- an infinity pool of 13m x 7m (secured by alarms) on the outskirts furnished with comfortable sun loungers and pergolas
- a west-facing terrace with a large family table and a magnificent view of the sunset,
- a lounge surrounded by olive trees and rosemaries, very pleasant for an aperitif in the evening with a clear view to the west of the sunset
- a north-east facing terrace with a second large family table ideal for summer lunches in the shade of a hundred year old mulberry tree
- a pétanque court
- a garden planted with lavender and olive trees around the property.

The house is in the countryside but close to 2 charming villages offering all amenities (less than 8km) and a nice Provencal market on Sunday morning.
Wine lovers will easily be able to discover the wines of the region in nearby wine areas (organic).

Ideal location for visiting the villages of Provence and the Luberon (50 minutes by car from Lourmarin). Close to Aix en Provence (35 mins), Marseille (50 mins), Cassis (1 hr), Moutiers Sainte Marie (1 hr 15 mins) and numerous hiking and biking tours.
The Gorges and the magnificent lakes of Verdon and their nautical activities are nearby (Lake Esparron (50min), Lake Sainte Croix (2h)).
