Absolute calm with exceptional views of the Sainte Victoire mountain.

House of 280 m2 fully air conditioned with one level two living rooms, a dining room with bay windows overlooking the terrace, independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms including a master with dressing room, private bathroom and terrace, second bedroom with mezzanine (ideal for children), bathroom and 2 WCs.
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (including 1 large attic bedroom) with garden view, bathroom with WC.
Large game room / TV with bar and pool table in the basement.
On the garden level, accessible from the pool area, 2 independent bedrooms with shower room and WC.

Possibility of beautiful hikes on the Sainte Victoire mountain from the house by the D56C. Many activities in this beautiful wine region. Sainte Victoire Golf Club 10 mins, sea 30 mins. All shops at 3 km.

Easily accessible by Marseille Provence Airport (35 mins) or Aix en Provence TGV Station (25 mins).

Ideal for holidays with family or friends (up to 10 people). Weekly or fortnightly rentals, starting on Saturday.

the location and the size of the property mak the experience unique. you litteraly deep dive in provence....for people that want to feel the nature. the house inside is a bit outdated but large and authentic. the yard is huge the tennis court the olive trees..... beautiful...

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Unser Aufenthalt in Rousset war sehr schön. Das Haus ist für eine Familie sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Pool und Aussenbereich sind super. Der Garten ist sehr gut gepflegt und mit Mückenschutz kann man die Abende auf der schönen Terrasse verbringen. Aufgrund recht starken Winds haben wir den Tennisplatz nicht oft genutzt. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und man braucht ein Auto, um die abwechslungsreiche Umgebung zu erkunden. Das Haus ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Grande maison entièrement climatisée et confortable avec un beau jardin! La piscine et le terrain de tennis bien entretenu sont des atouts! Seul point négatif: l'équipe de nettoyage qui était en train de se baigner au moment de notre arrivée! La terrasse était assez sale et aussi la cuisine aurait pu être mieux nettoyée. En plus, elles exigeaient que nous portions des masques alors qu'une d'elles n'en portaient pas une...
