Perfect Location for Family Christmas Vacation

We enjoyed the short walk to the beach; Some took advantage of community hot tub. Short drive to stores and restaurants. Everything we needed was provided at the house. Even though the weather was not the best for outside activities we made use of the large living room for reading and watching Elf on Christmas Eve. The 10 seat dining table was perfect for family games each night.

Paradise!

Excellent all around! This beautiful home is stocked with everything you need. Instructions were provided for everything regarding keys/ codes to the pool etc. So nice! Being on vacation- a true vacation- no need to contact the rental company every day with issues or questions. We had the best week. Location is awesome-restaurants within walking distance. Nice wide sidewalks to do our morning jog.. Thank you - we will definitely return.!

Destin in February

Overall , this was a good location and easy to access with close proximity to beach . From this property, 1/4 mile to clubhouse and then a few blocks to beach…. Golf cart is huge and lots of beach supplies in garage ( bring your own beach towels) Kitchen and bar very well equipped… for all Destin rentals, you get starter supplies, so be prepared to buy soaps, tp, paper towels and laundry supplies. February is still a bit chilly and pool ( although beautiful) is not heated- small hot tub works great communication with property manager excellent

Destin family vacation

House was very pretty! Location was perfect! Very close to the beach. There were a few items that were broken when we got there which is normal for any house. The ice maker for fridge did not work properly (ice would get stuck then would just fall out every where...water would also leak on the floor when we opened the fridge door). The shower head also fell off for one of the upstairs bathrooms. Ellen was very nice when I emailed her about the concerns. She did have Dave come by to fix the upstairs shower. I'm sure they will work on the fridge once they can since they may take a little longer to fix. Overall, our family really enjoyed our stay. it was nice having access to the golf cart. We didnt get to use anything but they had several things to use for going to the beach also (chairs, toys, etc).

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

My groom and I selected this property for our stay in Destin when we visited for our wedding at Crystal Beach. His and my parents joined us at the home along with my two teenage boys and it was more than adequate space for all. We were very pleasantly surprised to find the bunk beds to be at minimum a full or possibly even queen sized beds. We were beyond happy with our choice!!! Beautiful home was extremely clean upon arrival and the very few questions we had, which were not many, were answered with one quick phone call. The location was perfect and pool we had access to was fabulous too! We made use of the fitness center and found it satisfactory as well Would highly recommend this gorgeous home in a heartbeat and didn’t want to leave!

We loved this property. Short trip to the beach with a great golf cart that made transporting toys/coolers/chairs and everyone to the beach every morning. The home is located in a cul-de-sac so there was space for kids to play out front without having to worry about traffic. The house had coolers on site if you didn't bring one, an ice machine so we could pack them. Plenty of storage space for groceries and drinks. All the beach chairs/bikes/toys to make a family trip more fun. Will definitely rent again!

Excellent home, close to beach

Our family has been coming to this area for years, trying out different homes. We brought four children with us this year, ages 11 to 22. This home is really great - super clean. Loads of space. Well organized (and labeled) kitchen. There is an unbelievably well-stocked cabinet with every kind of bar glass you could imagine, along with the wet bar and wine fridge. This home has an Incredible main suite and bathroom. There are loads of supplies (umbrellas, shovels, beach chairs, bikes) in the garage. The golf cart was a delightful plus -- we could load up the cart and make the very short trip over to the beach. There is a public beach right across from the entrance to the community, so the golf cart trip was short. Could easily have walked to beach if the cart weren't such a convenience. The community pool and hot tub were very nice. Close to all the homes and well maintained. The home is in the back of the community, so it is nice and quiet. The balcony and back porch are quiet and relaxing. Only two things more could have made this home more perfect -- spices in the kitchen and a hot tub out back. Other than those minor things, this home was incredible! Would love to stay here again. (The sound system in the house is really cool but we couldn't figure out how to make it all work. We got the receiver connected via bluetooth, but couldn't connect to the TV or the other speakers in the other rooms.)

Beautiful home, but we experienced an issue with cockroach's half way through our stay. So needless to say a couple of sleepless nights. Company would have come in and sprayed, but we had our dog with us and didn't feel comfortable with the chemicals.

Great Location to the Beach

The house was very clean and neighborhood was surprisingly quiet since majority of the houses are short term rentals. The golf cart was a life saver to get to the beach to avoid sand in your vehicle. Parking across the street at the Crab Trap was also convenient due to having bathrooms at the beach and food available if you forgot to pack. The E brake doesn’t work on the golf cart so you’ll have to park on south side of the parking lot to avoid it rolling back into the middle of the parking lot or use a chalk to block the back tire. The house had a umbrellas and tents (pretty worn down). I would recommend renting umbrellas and chairs at the beach with La Dolce Vita group so you don’t have drag items in the sand. Overall, clean house in a good location. House manger was very responsive. It’s expensive but definitely worth the money.
