Rental of a luxury apartment, 3 bedrooms with sea view.

Hello,
I'm renting an apartment with a panoramic view of the sea and the whole city, in Aguilas on the border of Andalusia. Please note, there is no view of the swimming pool
The residence is quiet of high standing 117 m from the sea. The proximity of shops, restaurants, will allow you not to need to take the car. There is a community pool 25 m long by 10 m wide, plus a small bath for children. There is a lifeguard from July 1 to September 15 to provide security.
The apartment is comfortable and refurbished.
- Each of the 3 bedrooms is equipped with a 150cm bed
-Equipped kitchen
-Store adjoining the kitchen, with washing machine and dishwasher
-View on the sea
-Two toilets with bathroom and shower room
- living room dining room with 120 cm television equipped with blu ray.
- The terrace contains a table with 6 chairs
-Private garage in the basement.
Possibility to rent bikes (see with the owner)
