We understand your frustration regarding the earlier checkout time and the ski valet not being included, especially since these amenities are offered when booking directly through The Arrabelle. Being charged separately at the end of your stay for a service you expected to be included is understandably frustrating. We’re glad to hear the location in Lionshead worked well for your family and that the apartment was comfortable for a group of five.
