Housing on the ground floor of: dining room kitchen toilet and upstairs: 2 bedrooms (with bed 140) a bathroom (shower washbasin and toilet).

Beach accessible by road and bike path (3 adult bicycles and 1 child bicycle 10-11 years), private garden with trees.
Equipment: washing machine, microwave oven, traditional oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, TV 16/9 TNT in Dining Room, TV 16/9 TNT in every room

TRES BON SEJOUR A VIC LA GARDIOLE

Je conseille cette location qui est très fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire est à votre disposition au moindre souci. La maison est très bien située,elle est à quelques minutes de la plage des aresquiers, elle est à mi chemin entre Sète et Montpellier. Le petit problème est l'escalier qui est un peu raide pour monter dans les chambres et le parking est un peu éloigné de la location.

Super séjour, maison impeccable, bien située, cosy, bien équipée. Propriétaire disponible et rigoureux. Nous conseillons à 100%. Attention linge de maison non fourni, draps et oreillers doivent être tirés de la valise. Peut-être le serons t’il à l’avenir ce serait pratique pour les vacanciers. Bon futur séjour à tous.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub in Vic-la-Gardiole. Das Ferienhaus war einfach perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war hervorragend und sehr angenehm. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail bedacht. Das Haus verfügt über alles was man für einen perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Die Fahrräder, welche zum Haus dazugehören waren wunderbar für Ausflüge in der Region. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir können jedem Interessenten diese Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Agréable séjour dans une maison toute équipée (Wifi, Vélo,...) Localisation très calme pour un maximum de repos ! La proximité de la mer ( 20 min en vélo via des voies aménagées) est un des atouts de cette location. Je vous la recommande vivement pour vos prochaines vacances !

Repos, calme, et bon goût

Un vrai bol d'air, dans cette maison ravissante, très bien placée, et vraiment au calme. La décor est vraiment de bon goût et il ne manque rien. Le vrai plus est l'emplacement réservé pour votre véhicule, mais surtout la mise à disposition de plusieurs vélos, pour profiter de la mer à proximité (un vrai bonheur en raison de pistes cyclables). Ne pas manquer pour les amateurs, de randonner dans La Gardiole très proche. Les photos sont exactement conformes au descriptif et encore merci pour la bouteille de muscat que nous avons apprécié. A profiter d'urgence si vous aimez la région. (Nous avions loué le plus grand des deux logements)

petite maison super belle ; déco faite avec gout , propre , bien entretenue les personnes qui acceuillent sont trés sympas idéale pour passer des vacances au calme méme avec des enfants , on trouve facilement ; surtout si ily a GPS .petit village sympa et séte n'est pas loin pour la grande armada dans 2 ans c'est génial je recommande vivement cette location mois j'y retournerai merci
