Lovely hideaway

Lovely rustic house perfectly located close to Sète, near to supermarkets etc and public transport to Montpellier and beyond. Car needed to get around. Owner met us to hand-over, gave good information on what to do and see. Very comfortable house with off road parking.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est parfaitement bien équipée. La propriétaire est d une gentillesse exceptionnelle, nous avons été accueillis avec de délicates attentions. Le jardin est grand, bien clôturé, avec beaucoup de plantes méditerranéenes. Amateurs de nature, vous serez comblé.!! L étang de Thau, avec ses pistes cyclables, n est pas loin. Wunderbare Auszeit

Das Häuschen war mit allem ausgerüstet was man benötigt. Angefangen mit der Küchenausstattung bis zur Frischhaltefolie. Sehr schöner eingezäunter Garten, so dass unser Hund sich austoben konnte. Alles in allem sehr nett. Auch der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Location chaleureuse et très bien placée

Location charmante, très très bien localisée entre sète et Montpellier , dans un quartier résidentiel très tranquille. Maison plus que fonctionnelle, tout est prévu et à disposition, jardin charmant. J'ai vraiment appréciée cette location et la propriétaire est très disponible, donne toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter de la région et est très sympathique . Petit cadeau d'arrivée très gentil. J'espère revenir.

Sympa la bouteille de vin d'accueil! Seul petit bémol: les deux matelas de la seconde chambre qui sont un peu mous (ou moi un peu lourd! :-). L'ensemble reste très bien!

Merci pour votre remarque. En fait la deuxième chambre est presque toujours occupée par des enfants, je n’avais donc pas eu ce retour. Nous allons y remédier. Bonsoir Monsieur, juste pour vous informer que mon fils vient d’acheter deux nouveaux matelas plus épais pour le lit de la chambre « d’enfants ». Je serais ravie de vous accueillir à nouveau, le confort devrait être au rendez-vous !

Tout etait parfait sauf pour la télévision que nous n'avons pas pu voir sur notre ordinateur. Cela manque vraiment même s'il y a un bon poste de radio. Quand à la propriétaire, elle est charmante et toujours prête à vous aider.

Il est bien noté dans notre annonce que la maison n’est pas équipée d’un téléviseur. Nous avons plutôt opté pour un internet très performant (avec la fibre) pour permettre un télétravail sans problème. Pour « dépanner » les amateurs de télévision il y a un petit écran et un câble HDMI et la plupart de nos locataires arrivent à connecter leur tablette ou leur ordinateur. Désolée que ça n’a pas fonctionné pour vous.

In unserer Umgebung kann man sich auch sehr gut mit dem Fahrrad fortbewegen, die gut ausgebauten Fahrradwege führen inzwischen bis zum Strand von Sète und am Étang entlang u.a. bis zum charmanten Austern-Ort Bouzigues. Es gibt ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe eine Bushaltestelle mit einer Linie, die zum Thermalbad in Balaruc-les-Bains führt. Und direkt von unserem Haus aus kann man gut mit dem Hund spazieren gehen.

Wir sind herzlich von Renate Borg empfangen worden und das Haus war genauso wie es im Inserat beschrieben war. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und Renate Borg sich super um uns gekümmert. Wir hatten Fahrräder mit und waren so schell beim Einkaufen aber auch zum baden im See war es nicht weit. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, denn leider sind wir nicht mehr dazu gekommen die überbacken Austern zu probieren. Ute und Michael

In der Tat ist das Netz der Fahrradwege in den letzten Jahren ausgedehnt worden und wird noch weiter vervollständigt. Zum Thermalbad und an den Étang in Balaruc-les-Bains sind es nur ein paar Minuten und es besteht eine Verbindung bis nach Sète und dem kilometerlangen Strand bis Marseillan-Plage.

Wohnen im Naturgarten

Ein gemütliches Haus mit tollem Naturgarten und umfangreicher Ausstattung, insbesondere auch mit einem großen und guten Bett. Die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich empfangen und umfangreich informiert (nicht nur mit Tipps zur Umgebung, sondern auch mit hilfreichen Hinweisen zu anstehenden Feiertagen bzw. Schließzeiten).

Cure à Balaruc les Bains

Nous avons loué cette maison pour notre 1 ère cure à Balaruc Les Bains . Mme Borg nous a très très bien accueillis malgré nos chiens , ce qui n est pas le cas de tout le monde . Le jardin était parfait pour nos toutous. La maison suffisamment spacieuse et bien équipée était idéale pour nous . Très bonne situation géographique, , tout est à proximité , zone commerciale, étang, plage , etc.. En conclusion nous avons passé un excellent séjour,que nous renouvellerons avec plaisir.Et encore merci à Mme Borg pour ses petites attentions une bouteille de vin à l arrivée et de petits biscuits maisons pour notre départ .

Un grand merci à mes locataires qui ont laissé la maison aussi propre qu’ils l’avaient trouvé. Ils ont pu profiter d’une saison encore très clémente et leur chat a eu beaucoup de place dans le grand jardin. Je serai ravie de les accueillir à nouveau. Ils ont pu profiter de leur cure en toute tranquillité, faire leurs courses dans la multitude de commerces toute proche et faire des balades dans notre belle région.

Calm yet close to everything

My wife - my dog and me spent two weeks in this little house in a quiet area of Balaruc.We stayed in the area for professional reasons. Strenghts would be the silence and the size of the house ( ideal for two to four i'd say ) and the ' very ) good internet and the charming friendlyness of the owner and her friend that welcomed us. Opportunities would be : installing a television ( there is only a small flatscreen - yet you can connect that to the internet ) The garden is also really particular : it is purely wild, not really taken care off when we were there- yet the fact of this garden being so wild/rough didn't disturb us ( it migth perhaps disturb other people though)

Pour l’instant nous « résistons » à l’installation d’une télévision, rarement demandée par nos hôtes, la très bonne connection internet leur importe davantage. Le jardin a été effectivement délaissé juste au moment où tout poussait très vite, faute à notre absence exceptionnelle et l’indisponibilité du jardinier. Nous allons y remédier rapidement. Un grand « Merci « à la gentillesse de Christophe et de sa femme, qui nous ont même fait cadeau d’une cafetière électrique!

Une Maison où il fait bon vivre...

Nous souhaitons tout d’abord remercier sincèrement, la Propriétaire pour son excellent Accueil, et la remercier également pour sa Propriété dans laquelle nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous, dès notre arrivée. Ici, le Calme est permanent, aucuns bruits, ni des Voisins, ni des rues environnantes, ni d’ailleurs… : nous avons vraiment apprécié cette Tranquillité durant tout notre Séjour. Le jardin, parfaitement clos de toutes parts, spacieux, et quasiment sans aucun vis à vis, a permis à notre chienne et notre chatte de s’ébattre en toute tranquillité. Quant à la Maison : sa Sérénité, le parfait confort de son Intérieur et surtout de sa literie, nous ont fait passé des journées, et de nuits, forts agréables. Nous recommanderons cette Propriété à nos meilleurs Amis et nous pensons revenir passer d’autres journées de Repos… Annick et Hervé vous remercient encore, Madame.

Merci! Nos locataires ont pu profiter des nombreuses pistes cyclables pour découvrir les flamants roses sur les étangs et le pumptrack (circuit bosses et virages pour engins à roues comme vélo, skate, trottinette et Roller) de la plage du Lido de Sète. Je serai ravie de les accueillir de nouveau.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour , la maison est très pratique , on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Elle est propre et au calme , avec un grand jardin clos , idéal pour notre berger allemand et on peut se garer à l'intérieur . pas de vis-à-vis , pas de mitoyenneté . Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Haus an sich war sehr gut ausgestattet und perfekt für uns als Kleinfamilie. Frau Borg hat uns sehr gut empfangen und viele Tipps gegeben. Unser 2-jähriger Sohn war voll begeistert und konnte sich im Garten austoben. Wir werden wahrscheinlich wieder kommen!
