Walk to everything the Town of Winter Park has to offer and only 150 yards away from the shuttle stop for the resort. Hideaway Park is just across the street, home to a sledding hill in the winter and weekend festivals/concerts in the summer. The best local breweries, shopping, dining, and distillery are just a short walk away. Surrounded by trails to enjoy hiking, biking, XC Skiing, snowshoeing, and wildlife viewing. Our townhome has three bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, outdoor hot tub, new Weber grill, and a gas fireplace. Entering on the ground floor you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed, bathroom with stand up shower, and the private hot tub out on the back patio. The main floor features a gas fireplace, a large sectional sofa, 50" TV, a beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, dining table with room for 8 and a half bath. Two decks are also on this floor with a gas grill and outdoor dining. We've added a small desk/chair with monitor/keyboard/mouse if you must work while visiting. Upstairs is the Master Suite with a queen bed and a full bath, the bunk room with two twin bunk beds and it's own full bath. There is also a full size laundry set on the top floor to clean your gear for the next days adventures.

We have stayed at this amazing property three years in a row. It is spotless, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The location is perfect and close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping, sledding, etc. we can’t wait to go back next year!
The condo was very convenient to everything, had all the typical things you'd need for a successful stay (dishes, utensils, dish soap, etc.), the unit was cleaned and well laid out. We enjoyed the long weekend. Thx.
Location & accommodations were perfect! Owner was an excellent host... quick responses when we had questions. Plenty of space! All the extras! Kitchen had everything & more we needed. Right on the bus route, which made travel to/from lifts so easy! Walking distance to restaurants, fast food & bars. Would stay again & highly recommend!
Great location and set up for a group of 7 ski and snow boarders. The condo worked great for everyone to stay comfortably and to cook meals each night. Lots of good food options a short walk away if you like to eat out. Also easy access to ski rentals a short walk away which allowed us to take a shuttle from Denver and not worry about a car. The Town shuttle service worked great to get to the mountain each day with lots of different bus routes as good options for this location
Our family has been coming to Colorado for a ski/snowboard trip at least once every year for the past decade, but this was our first visit to Winter Park. And boy did we hit the jackpot with this condo! The check-in process was a breeze, and our lovely host, Jim, was extremely responsive and was even so kind to let us check in a little early, which was a huge help. The entire condo was immaculately clean from top to bottom, and the whole place was full of natural light and welcoming and cozy. I loved that everyone (five adults) had their own space and each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus there is a half bath off the living area, so no traffic jams when we were all needing to shower/get ready! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need for cooking or grilling on the porch, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was extremely convenient. The large sectional in the living area is SO comfortable and so were the beds. The location was absolutely perfect! There is a bus stop for the free bus literally a few steps away, and there are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance (we walked to dinner each night). The best part of all - the private hot tub on the patio! We couldn’t wait to hop in each afternoon after a long fun day on the slopes! We absolutely loved this place! Thank you for everything Jim!
