About this property

This spacious 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom end unit townhome sleeps 5 and plenty of room to enjoy your vacation. The downstairs has a wonderful open living and dining area where you can watch the large screen TV, play games or just relax after a day at Wolf Creek Ski area. The living room has a queen pull out couch. The Dining area opens to the well equipped, bright kitchen for easy access. Next to the kitchen is a full laundry area and both are just off the back door where you'll find a LP gas grill and open grass area for the kids to play. You'll also find a convenient lower level powder room.

Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen bed, TV and views of the majestic San Juan Mountains. The other bedroom has a small desk and a twin bed. Both rooms access a full bathroom with plenty of space for you to get ready for the day. Downstairs there is a pull out couch that can accomodate an additional two people.

This is an end unit in a quiet, small complex that is walking distance to the grocery store, Higher Grounds Coffee, and virtually every restaurant in Pagosa Uptown. There is a nearby Recreation Center and you have access to the indoor pool / hot tubs and unbelievable work out facility al for a FEE. There are nearby bike paths that open up miles of site seeing. Of course, this unit has access to all of the lakes for fishing, kayaking and SOP!

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

This is a pet friendly home. Dogs only, 2 max. The pet fee is $75 per pet, as well as an additional $100 refundable security deposit per pet.

The pull-out couch needs a mattress topper, but other than that, the house was perfect for us. I'd recommend this property for travelers who are looking for an easy commute to skiing at Wolf Creek.
