Great stay. The kitchen was well stocked, we made good use of the kitchen. Everything was clean. For this price (Pagosa Springs is expensive) we expect a place to stay to be well stocked. We had to run to the store for toilet paper and coffee, both were not included.

Pagosa Wedding

Came in for a wedding and made a vaca out of. The property is conveniently located close to main roads, quite end of the road spot. The lack of a/c wasn’t too bad, one day it was 85 so it took a little time to cool back down in the evening but not unbearable. Wildlife in the yard. Plenty of room. Cabin was clean and fairly well stocked.

Perfect for our needs but needs maintenance

Very rustic mountain cabin that was perfect for our needs. The dogs loved the yard. The master bed and trundle were super comfy but the spare bedroom is not a queen mattress. It is a double mattress on top of a queen bed frame so my son/daughter-in-law were crowded on that bed. Kitchen accessories were well stocked and my mom was very happy to see a Kuerig coffee machine :-)

We arrived and the cabin is very outdated, dirty, and overpriced. 500.00 per night is way overpriced for a night. Very old outdated cabin, old shabby furniture, horribly uncomfortable beds, outdated pipes either freezing cold water or hot enough to scald your skin. Pictures of cabin must have used a filter, not clean, not high polished or clean in reality! Total disappointment for the price! Don’t stay here!

We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately so that you could enjoy the home. - We use professional photography for the home, so all decor and furniture you see on the listing are as advertised. We purchased the home a little over a year ago fully furnished and will be replacing and updating items over time. We appreciate your suggestions We take pride in our home and are disappointed your stay didn't meet your expectations. We love to visit our home in the summer/wintertime and hope our guests have the same attraction. - Our records show that you paid a base amount of $250, and we'd like to note that the service fee goes directly to Vrbo, not Evolve or the homeowner. We would be more than happy to accomodate you for your next stay and would love the opportunity to provide you with a 5-star guest experience.
