Adorable Property

The property was adorable and the location was perfect. Right off the beach and close to dining and shopping. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants the perfect weekend beach experience.

We had a great stay, this location is steps from the beach. The condo is fully stocked and you have more than enough towels for a family of four. This is the place to stay if your looking for an easy experience at the beach!

Right on the Beach

Love the location , little away from hustle and bustle but still close to everything Condo very clean! Owner very easy to work with , Had a blast, even having couple days of the storm highly recommended,

Nicely updated condo steps from the beach with small grocery and restaurant across the street, very walkable. The owner is timely with communications. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Great Location Right Next to the Beach

The condo was right next to the beach and across the street was a snall grocery store, a liquor store, a takeout seafood place, a restaurant/bar, and an ice cream shop which made it a great location. There is also a carry-out pizza place about a 10 minute walk away. The host was very helpful and attentive when we contacted him. The condo has a new AC unit which made our stay extra comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location for your stay at Gulf Shores.

Great condo!

You can't beat the location. Great for families who want to enjoy the beach without a drive. Has all the necessities. The bathroom is tiny, but gets the job done. If you are a larger person, you might have difficulty making it all work. The door is definitely not a standard size. In unit washer/dryer is a huge blessing. Kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay.

Deceiving pictures

Condo was clean, beach access great. However, condo did not have a direct view of ocean, which in pictures looked like it did. You had to walk a ways to dumpster if you wanted to smoke. I talked with other renters that were not happy about that and also said the pictures were deceiving. The TVs were impossible to work, even my computer wiz son in law couldn't even work them. I will never stay there again. I will say, the host replied quickly to my messages.

It’s the beach.

The first location I have stayed where I probably wouldn’t go back. The location was good. The size was really small for the price. What creeped me out was dude monitoring us through ring camera on doorbell. At the last minute we invited my nephew along for our 4-night stay and, upon check-in we promptly received an email saying it would be an extra $50 per night for the extra 10-year old we brought. #1) that is way too creepy for me. #2) regardless if we bring 3 kids or 4, we rented the unit which sleeps 6… if you include the sofa.

Not super clean

Check in process was easy, and the owner responded to our email about the property not being cleaned/housekeepers cutting major corners before we arrived there. Dirty dishes, dirty shower, food under couches and hair in the sinks. Great location and overall a good stay.
