Casa Giobatta A is an elegant and welcoming one-story apartment that is part of an ancient country house surrounded by the greenery. It sleeps five people. From Casa Giobatta A you will enjoy a charming view of the Crete Senesi and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Giobatta A is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 9 km (5.6 miles) from Asciano, where you will find restaurants and shops.
Casa Giobatta A is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Giobatta A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Casa Giobatta A is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. The units are part of a seventeenth-century hamlet, made up of a noble villa, a church and a cluster of houses surrounded by the splendid Tuscan countryside.


The farming estate covers more than 1000 hectares (2470 acres) in the hills near Siena, in the "Crete Senesi," distinct landscape of almost-lunar clay hills interspersed with green cultivated fields and cypress-lined lanes. You will be in the middle of the most famous and celebrated Tuscan scenery! Every season brings its own hues and beauty.


The farming estate grows organic wheat, extra-virgin olive oil, and cereals for its own livestock, including the famed Chianina cattle breed, which you can enjoy in the farm’s own restaurant (open only to guests of the complex, by reservation).


The villa and the hamlet have been beautifully renovated into comfortable vacation houses, preserving the traditional architectural elements of the stone and brick buildings. There is a reception with staff available for anything you need. At the reception is also available a spacious, welcoming salon with sofas and a fireplace, as well as a computer with internet available for guests’ use.


Each apartment has its own private terrace space, in addition to the ample, tended gardens with tables and seating areas scattered about the estate (shared with other guests). There is a sizable sparkling swimming pool, a tennis court and a well-equipped children's playground, shared with other guests, as well as romantic panoramas to enjoy. Guests appreciate the timeless beauty and tranquility of the estate and the relaxing atmosphere. There’s plenty of space to unwind, read a book and enjoy a glass of local wine at sunset.


Hikers will enjoy the many marked trekking trails that meander around the estate and the nearby countryside and cyclists like the challenge of the hills.


The little church of the hamlet has been consecrated and Mass is held every Sunday at 11 a.m.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the Crete Senesi. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Garden
The garden is 30000 square meters (323000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by gazebos. It is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a charming view of the Crete Senesi and of the surrounding countryside. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal. Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
 Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the Senesi hills.
Living Room
The living room is paved with Tuscan terracotta tiles. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and two armchairs. There is a big fireplace made of bricks. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room going down three steps. The kitchen has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor climbing four steps. The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor climbing four steps. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor climbing five steps. It has a French bed (120 cm/47 inches). The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large open shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
