The first floor has open concept living at it's finest with the spacious living/dining areas and a chef's delight kitchen - making meal and snack prep time fun and not a chore! A full wall of windows and french doors let you take in the glistening Atlantic Ocean, and on the covered porch plenty of rockers and shade to enjoy those same views. On this same level are two updated King bedrooms with private baths and a convenient half bath. Considered two masters upstairs, are two oceanside King bedrooms with private baths and two bedrooms which boasts new furniture that share a bath. The second floor ocean side covered porch offers the same glorious views. Your own private walkway, complete with a refreshing open air shower and foot rinse faucet, will lead you to the uncrowded beach you have been waiting for. There is also an enclosed outdoor hot and cold shower for your pleasure! This home has it all for you family vacation - let's go hang out at the "Boardwalk"!

Overall, we had a great stay. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for.our gamily.of 8 was perfect. Beautiful view and spectacular beach with few people! The biggest issues experienced were a lot of high dust, dead flies that were not cleaned out of window sills, and underneath and behind furniture not cleaned well. Also.the drains in two of the bathroom sinks didn’t drain pripe.

Great location! Beautiful beach!

This house is perfect for a large family/group! Nice well stocked kitchen. The 12 person kitchen table was wonderful! Plenty of rocking chairs on the porch for everyone! Oddly, all the beds were squeaky (not sure why?). We would reccomend this house!

Great place to relax, but.....

Beautiful home with lots of space for even big families, convenient to the beach with private access. The only negative was the loud house party next door that came in the day after we arrived. I asked them to turn down the basting outside sound system at 11:00 PM they just turned it right back up. Too bad, it was a great stay until the house to the left became occupied. I wished that the blue house had the same rules about loud music and parties we where asked to adhere to.

Dirty house

While the house was vey nice, the property was dirty. There was sand on the floor, toothpaste on the bathroom mirrors, shampoo/conditioner on the shower wall, grease on the microwave, and hairballs rolling around on the floors.

Perfect home for large families

This home met all of our needs. We loved all the king beds and the bunk and twin rooms were great for the kids. We have been using Proactive Vacations for 8 years now with no issues. They were quick to respond with needs this week. Our only complaint was that the floors were dirty and there was no mop or vacuum to clean them ourselves, just a broom. Our feet were dirty walking around, hair was on the floor, and we found a pair of boxers under our bed when looking for the remote. The home could use some attention to mold growing in showers and a/c returns as well. Overall, it would not deter us from staying again.

Fantastic house for a large family.

House was very well stocked with all the household items we needed. 4 King beds with on-suite bathrooms. I bedroom with 2 twins and another with 2 bunk beds. Very isolated oceanfront. Only thing that would make it even better is a new gas grill. We really enjoyed our week here.

Family Beach Trip

Overall we had a great trip and stay. House was in good condition. Kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and cookware. Only issues was the door handle kept coming off from the inside on the door from kitchen to deck. And in the upstairs bedroom on the Eastside with King bed the shades next to bed, did not go all the way down so the sun really shone bright and early in the mornings. Looks like shades in the bedroom and the bathroom need to be switched. Other than those two minor issues, the house was lovely, location was great and a great time was had by all of us!! I rated communication with manager as a 5 but I actually never contacted the manager for any of the issues.

A Very Nice Week

All in all the place was just what we expected. The furniture wasn't the same as the pictures but was sufficient. The bedrooms didn't have any chairs, which was odd, and despite the feedback we received there was a Keurig machine as well as a standard coffee machine. The pictures show a long walk to the beach, which was true, but the quiet neighborhood and the super beach made up for it! We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Thank you all for the great week, and loaning us your place! A more modern propane grill would be helpful, but cooking charcoal made for some good slow times and great meats!
