This newly renovated 6 Bedroom, 4 Bath home has 2 Living Rooms, 2 Dining Rooms, 2 Kitchens each with an Island and Bar Seating and a PRIVATE POOL. This home can sleep as few as 6 people or as many as 22 comfortably. Be together with the interconnecting first level or close the door and have a little private time in separate spaces. This home can accommodate multiple families and large groups. Featuring two levels of oceanfront decking for you to enjoy the sounds and views of the Atlantic Ocean! Only steps away from the beach strand from your private boardwalk. Parking available for 6 vehicles. Partially enclosed parking under the house for added privacy and where you can relax or enjoy a picnic in the shade. Two private showers with hot/cold water are located downstairs allowing you to rinse off sand before entering the home or pool. This home is conveniently located near the Holden Beach Fishing Pier (currently closed), General Store, Ice Cream and Local Shop! Bed & Bath Linens provided with all rentals. Guests may request to have the pool heated or cooled from May through the end of October for an additional $250.00 fee. Pool features include a lounging ledge, deep end seating, generous entry steps and a safety ledge around the perimeter. The pool is enclosed with a full privacy fence and locked gate for the safety of small children.

The perfect location and home for a weekend of serenity

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here at Holden Beach. The beach itself is clean, peaceful and gorgeous. The house exceeded all of our expectations. There was plenty of room for everyone and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The pool and porches were thoroughly enjoyed as well. Sabrina was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommended this house!

A Very Impressive Stay

We feel beyond thankful to have found this property. The house was an awesome layout- perfectly fit our large extended family! It was decently kid friendly as well. It is right next to a surf shop, general store, and ice cream shop. We did not need to jump into our cars for anything! We stayed right at the end of the summer so the entire shop was 50% off. The ocean was clean, not overcrowded even with the shops next door, and we found a ton of shark teeth! Really a trip we will never forget. The pool was beautiful and such a relaxing break from the beach. Every inch of the house was used and appreciated. We likely will rent this house again!

Awesome View on the beach

We had a really great time, the ocean views were awesome. The pool was very clean, perfect. The house has two living rooms, two kitchens, these areas can be separate or combined. It was nice because cartoons can be on in one living room for the kids and regular TV in the other living room. Close, but there are separate spaces.

Thank you for your interest in our home in Holden Beach! We purchased our little piece of paradise in January of 2021 due to its relaxing family atmosphere and our love for the beach! Due to COVID, we were able to live in Holden Beach temporarily while we worked from home and our oldest daughter attended virtual school. During our time here, we were able to complete a variety of updates and renovations, as well as furnish and decorate our home. It was A LOT of work, but an incredible experience with our little family. Sabrina will be your point of contact if you choose our home for your next vacation. She will communicate with you at the time of your reservation, prior to your arrival and be available should you need anything during your stay. We have an amazing group of local professionals who help us keep our home clean and are available to fix and/or repair anything that breaks or fails to work properly.
