Villa Neva is a splendid and luminous two-story historical villa built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps ten people. From Villa Neva you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Neva is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two spacious private terraces, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Sant'Isidoro, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation and the beach. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 2 km (roughly 1.2 miles). You will reach Villa Neva from the main entrance of the building along a short private walkway that is flat and has no stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Neva you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate.

Villa Neva is located on a small hill, surrounded by a park of 8000 square meters, in the lush countryside of Salento.


This ancient villa dates back to 1800, when a nobleman of the time decided to build in this beautiful piece of countryside his home for the holidays.


In the early '900, the villa passed into the hands of the descendants of the current owners, who restored it with patience and care, making it the splendid villa that you can see today.


The villa is divided into two floors. To access to the upper floor you will have to use an external staircase that takes you from the patio to the terrace, climbing about 30 steps.
From the terrace you will enter a small entrance that will have on the left and right the doors for the two en-suite bedrooms upstairs.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 18 meters (59 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 1.80 meters (6 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the end of April until mid-October.
Patio
The patio is 140 square meters (1500 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant gazebo. It is equipped with wood benches and with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a characteristic view of cultivated fields and of the surrounding countryside.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with authentic early-twentieth-century decorated tiles. The ceiling is high and vaulted. The furnishings are elegant and refined, featuring some antique pieces, and include sofas. In this room you will find a large flat-screen television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the living room. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The furnishings include wood benches. The room has a window with a view of the patio, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate ten guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio with a view of the hills. The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the surrounding green fields.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. In this room you will find a flat-screen television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the greenery and of the hills, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a window with a view of the countryside, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, made of lucid majolica tiles and marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a large fully-enclosed shower.
