Casa Rosamunda C is a welcoming apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa. It sleeps five people. From Casa Rosamunda C you will enjoy a gorgeous view of Casal Velino and a side view of the sea. Casa Rosamunda C is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a nice private terrace, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 500 meters (550 yards) from the borough of Casal Velino, where you will find a grocery store. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away.
Casa Rosamunda C is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Rosamunda C you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a parking lot. Casa Rosamunda C is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. You'll be in a quiet, country spot, just a short distance from the village of Casal Velino. The estate has two houses a few meters apart, one is a small stone villa while the other is a villa on two floors.


Casa Rosamunda A and Casa Rosamunda B are situated on the upper floor of the stone villa. On the ground floor you'll find a charming restaurant owned by the family and open to the public.


Casa Rosamunda C and Casa Rosamunda D are in the two story villa. Casa Rosamunda C is laid out across the entire ground floor, with Rosamunda D occupying the first floor. All the apartments have independent outside entrances.


The owners lives on the premises, in another building close to the two story villa of Casa Rosamunda C and Casa Rosamunda D. The owners have indipendent outside entrance.


In these villas you'll enjoy breathtaking views of the ancient village of Casal Velino, the sea and the coastline.

Swimming Pool
You will reach the swimming pool from the garden going down a stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps. The pool is 8 meters (26 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long, from 80 centimeters (2.6 feet) to 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The swimming pool has a sinuous shape. The area is equipped with a table, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a splendid view of the valley and of the sea at a distance. You will share the pool with guests staying at 3 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September, from 9 am to 7 pm.
Garden
The garden is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It is partly shaded by olive and lemon trees. You will be able to reach it from the swimming pool area. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of Casal Velino and, partially, of the sea at a distance. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
 Terrace
The terrace is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a splendid view of Casal Velino and a side view of the sea.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace with a view of surrounding countryside through a French door.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. The dining table can accommodate six guests. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the kitchen. Here you will find a washing machine at your disposal.
