About this property

Desert Holly Mid Century House

The City of Palm Springs ID #1970

Our home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Racquet Club Estates, a short drive from downtown Palm Springs.

The open-concept great room features clerestory windows and large sliders that open up to a quarter-acre yard with a pool, lush grounds and mature hedges that offer complete privacy.

The home has a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a new LG washer and dryer.

If you would like the pool heated for the cooler months, please let us know, and a $100 per day (3 day minimum) heating fee will be added after you book. The pool pump (and heater) runs from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The City of Palm Springs requires a written agreement signed by all guests.

Palm Springs requires to the collection of an 12.5% transient occupancy tax.

We have a local concierge who will check you in and out and be available 24/7 during your stay with any questions or concerns that may arise. Check-in time is after 4 p.m. on your date of arrival; check-out time is before 11 a.m. on your date of departure.

Great week!

Nice home with a great pool and lawn. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were terrific! Cooking friendly kitchen. Wonderful TV/ living room. We really felt at home but in a resort-like setting.

Desert Holly

We had a wonderful stay at Desert Holly. The mid century house is cute inside and out and the pool and private back yard were perfect . We will hope to rent this property again on return visits.

Desert Holly fantastic

We had a great time visiting the Desert Holly home. Even though we didn't use the pool it was a great backdrop for sitting outside with a cup of coffee. We would definitely stay there again.
