Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1 meter (3.2 feet) deep. The area is equipped with chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and by trees. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 2 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until mid-October.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees. In the garden you will find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally). You will share the laundry room with the other guests staying at the complex.  Patio
The patio is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a splendid view of the surrounding countryside and of the greenery.
Kitchen
The furnishings of the kitchen are cozy and comfortable. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to a small terrace.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen through a brickwork arched opening. This room has no door, but it is closed by a curtain. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
