Garden
The garden is 1000 square meters (10800 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed trees. It is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy an incredible view of the Abruzzi hills and of the greenery.
Top LevelLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a sofa and a desk. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels) and a DVD player. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room also has a window overlooking the terrace.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an access area. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. There is a practical fireplace. The dining table can accommodate two guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the terrace.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room and from the kitchen. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the greenery.

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a wrought iron matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the garden and of the hills.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. The bathroom has a window. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the through an external access. The bedroom has a wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). An additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
