Casa Turchino D is a welcoming apartment that is part of a villa situated in a quiet location, surrounded by a wonderful garden. It sleeps two people. From Casa Turchino D you will enjoy a fascinating view of the garden. Casa Turchino D is 30 square meters (320 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Santa Maria di Castellabate, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (Lago Beach) at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles).
Casa Turchino D is located on the bottom floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up a 100-meters (330-feet) public walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately ten stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Turchino D you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a fenced covered parking space. Casa Turchino D is one of the holiday homes available in a complex. Casa Turchino B, C and D are part of the main villa, Casa Turchino F and G are in a detached building inside the complex.


The residence can host about 33 people in total.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1 meter (3.3 feet) to 3 meters (9.8 feet) deep. In order to use the swimming pool a bathing cap is required. The area is equipped with chairs, sun umbrellas and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a view of the greenery and of the other buildings. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September, from 8 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 8 pm.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a swing and an hammock. From the garden you will enjoy a view of the swimming pool. In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the garden. Here you will find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).
Parking
The parking area is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.  Garden
The garden is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs, a wooden gazebo and an hammock. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the swimming pool and of the greenery.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate two guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room also has a window with a view of the garden.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest (additional cost applies -- please enquire with our staff). The room has a double-glazed window with a view of the greenery, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer.
