Nice and typical studio flat in the historic centre, 1° floor, all comforts!

Nice studio flat in the historic heart of Lucca, next to the ancient San Gervasio gate (a gate of the second to last walls: in the various centuries Lucca has had several walls, which have left small traces or, like this door, large ones).
The studio is in a typical building at the first floor (few steps), entering is the entrance, then a spacious room where are a comfortable double sofa-bed, the table and a small kitchenette;
there's also the full bathroom with an ante-bathroom.
The studio has all comforts: AC (cool/warm), internet wifi, tv.
The windows look in Santa Croce street.

Convenient location without car

massimo and staff were very helpful. This location is great for visitors focused on local attractions. Fly jnto pisa, take the train to Lucca, and then LAM Rossa bus to a few dozen meters from the apartment. Intracity bus from stops at nearby porta elisa.

Hello everybody, I have been renting my apartments for many years, both in Lucca and in Florence, and for a couple of years I have also started renting this lovely studio, right in front of my other apartment (both are on the same landing).

Why they chose this property

I pay a lot of attention to my lodgings and so that my guests can feel as much as possible at home, spending a stay of which they will always keep a good memory.

What makes this property unique

The unit has been recently renovated, but retaining all the typical features of the historic building in which it is located.
