Kernoo... in the heart of the peninsula located 3 minutes from the sea and shops

Located in the heart of the Presqu'île, a 3-minute walk from shops and the sea, Kernoo is a house built in 2019 which comfortably accommodates 8 people.

It is arranged as follows: on the ground floor, living room, dining room and kitchen, all open to an area of ​​50 m². A large space is made for light thanks to these 3 large sliding bay windows oriented to the south, a 13 m² bedroom and its bathroom with walk-in shower, an entrance with cupboard and a WC, complete the ground floor.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms of 12 m², two of which face south, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate WC.

Beds: On the ground floor, 1 double bed of 160 cm, upstairs, a double bed of 140 cm and 4 single beds of 80 cm which can be combined to transform them into double beds of 160 cm.

You will enjoy a large peripheral terrace offering two south and west orientations, with garden table and barbecue, garden furniture and large off-center parasol!

The land is enclosed, and you can park 3 cars in the private access road, closed by a motorized gate. A charging station for electric vehicles is located 50 meters from the house!

To visit the region, we provide you with our 4 bicycles, two of which are electrically assisted.

For your comfort: baby high chair, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, freezer, parasol, barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs, wifi. For your children: beach games (molkki, ball, rackets...) and board games (monopoly, 6 takes...).
The house is RT 2012 certified.

Cleaning fee (85 euros) and tourist tax extra.
We accept dogs or cats with a supplement of €60 / animal / week.
Bed and bathroom linen not provided (rental possible).
