On the ground floor, the open kitchen, the living room of 42m2 as well as the two large terraces (South-East and West) offer a superb view on the sea.
Upstairs, you will find 2 small rooms facing the sea, with balcony, and EAST side (very pleasant in the morning), a double room and a room of water with TOILET.
The exceptional location of the house makes it possible to feel 'in touch' with the sea permanently.
If required, possibility of renting the contiguous extension for 2 to 4 additional persons (30% surcharge).
