4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 story cottage. 2 full kitchens 1 on each floor. King bed in master upstairs, day bed in 4th bedroom sleeps 2, full bath. Downstairs, 2 queen beds, full kitchen, full bath, full size washer Dryer. Golf Cart Rentals available.

Please note pet friendly guests, VRBO does not include pet fee in their check out quote to you. The fee is $125 for pet, 1 pet maximum and breed restricted, no aggressive animals such as pitbulls terriers, rottweilers, dobermans, chows & mastiffs. The value for this rental was amazing! The view and beach access was as advertised and made the trip so much easier as we could walk right back to the unit and get anything we forgot to take to the beach! Very friendly folks in this quiet village on the beach, I highly recommend! We had a small dog who also had a great time as the unit was very pet friendly.

The house was a great experience. Loved the easy process and location. The only negative is that we found 3 pretty good size live roaches and some ants. We used the spray under the sink. Other than that, it was awesome.

Great house! Super close to the beach.

We really enjoyed staying here. It’s directly across from the pathway to the beach which was really nice- kids could easily go back and forth. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location - best view in Sun Crest Village. Unit is a little outdated and needs some fixing up, but the location and set up with two complete apartments makes the unit worthwhile. Would stay here again.

Close to the beach

Within walking distance to the beach. Had everything we needed including chairs to take to the beach. It had 2 floors which each had 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room and kitchen. Seemed like a short drive to anywhere in St. Augustine.

Enjoyed the morning on the deck drinking coffee. And very convenient to the beach . Quite neighborhood and walking distance to mini golf. The pool was a plus too! We would stay there again.

Definitely would stay again! The location was great, close to the beach and restaurants, a short drive to Publix. The only negative was that the dishwasher was broken, but a call to the agency assured us that a new one was on its way.

Fantastic location

Gorgeous ocean views from the second floor and beautiful deck overlooking ocean that is nice and shady in the late evening. The two story villa was perfect for our family. Unit was super clean and smelled great upon checking in!

Nice Getaway

Very nice condo. Right on the beach and convenient to lots of restaurants. About 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Very affordable price. We will definitely return for a visit and have recommended the condo to friends.

St. Augustine Beach Trip

We had a fabulous time. This house was clean and right off at the beach access. We took our little dog and loved the dog friendly area. Would love to stay here again when we plan a visit to St. Augustine. Believe me it will take more than one trip to see all you will want to see.
