Location, location, location. The best 3 bedroom townhome in the Pacifica, Nanaimo’s finest luxury condominium complex. Located immediately behind the iconic Pacific Sails (a group of three 22 ft high stainless steel sculptures with a 9 ft kinetic sail on the top of each stainless steel mast), in the middle of Nanaimo’s famous harbourfront walkway, between Nanaimo Harbour & Marina and Maffeo Sutton Park. More that 30 restaurants/bistros/cafes within a 10-minute walk (some only 2 minutes). Close proximity to Nanaimo Airport and BC Ferries for convenient access to the mainland.
