The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Garry Oaks subdivision of Nanoose Bay, surrounded by rare Garry Oaks and Arbutus trees and firs. This 600sqft suite is attached to and below the owners' new home (built in 2019) and comes fully furnished and offers spectacular views onto Nanoose Bay itself and mountains of Vancouver Island.

Covered deck extends the length and breadth of the suite.
South facing property 60m above sea level with access to the bay available.
Relax on the deck and watch the eaglets and their parents in a nearby nest.
Walk down to the little beach and enjoy a cold water dip or swim in the clear water.

Perfect getaway with great hosts!

We had a wonderful stay in Nanoose Bay! The downstairs apartment had everything we needed and the view was spectacular! The hosts were quick to communicate and made sure we had everything we needed. We would totally stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Amazing view, great location

The cleanest VRBO I’ve ever been in, inside and out. Larger than it looks like in the pictures. Even though there are houses around, it was very peaceful and quiet. The hosts make sure you have anything you need. A good home base to check out the surrounding areas.

The pictures just barely do it justice! All rooms face south with a lovely view over Nanoose Bay. A beautiful patio with table to sit out at. The attention to detail over every aspect of the suite was amazing. We had a wonderful stay and have already recommeded it to friends. Owners were engaging and first class.

This was a wonderful place for us. Marek and Danuta are thoughtful, friendly, and kind hosts. One example was their sharing of blackberries that they picked with us. We had great conversations and in general it was a pleasure to meet them. Their place is well-designed and perfect for two people. The extensive balcony provides fantastic views while adding a sense of space to the place. We were there for a month and enjoyed every day. A good bed for my balky back. Watching the eagles over the bay was a real bonus.

Nice apartment with a view

The apartment is very nice and functional! The house is quite new, with good windows that seal properly and interesting infrared heating from the ceiling. Everything works well. I enjoyed the water saving shower handset very much, although there's also an overhead rainshshower if you want to. The kitchen is fully equipped, a joy to work in. I had a really nice stay, the hosts are very accommodating.

Wonderful!

The suite is very clean, new and well-equipped. The views from every window are beautiful....... even in the rain! We appreciated the private entrance, but this did include an indoor flight of stairs, down to the suite. Therefore, you need to be able to carry your belongings up and down, etc. The owners, and their 2 dogs, who live above, are quiet and very helpful.

A Nanoose Bay Gem

Marek’s property was an ideal spot for our stay. It is a new unit with an excellent floor plan and with a view of the bay that was better than expected. It is a great location to serve as a base for exploring the region. The unit was very spacious for 3 people and very nicely decorated. Marek was easy to communicate with as he lives above the unit but he gave us all the privacy we needed. We will be back to Nanoose Bay to explore this incredible region.

This property is lovely. Such a beautiful position to enjoy the quietness of the area and the scenery. The suite is clean and nicely appointed with all that you need. All contact with the owners was easy and straight forward, as were the welcoming instructions. Very kind owners who made sure everything was as it should be and made it clear they were available for any questions etc. Good recommendations for local food. Great stay, would love to go back.

What a place!

My husband and I stayed here for just over two weeks and were delighted with absolutely everything. It was so clean, so comfortable and The views were incredible. The owners were so friendly and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. We had everything we needed and more. The king size bed was a nice touch as well! They certainly thought of everything when building this AirBNB and the decor was just fabulous. We would definitely stay here again and will be recommending this to our family and friends.
