About this property

Perfect Home for Families, 3-bedroom, 3ba & pool

A 3-bedroom home in a gated community, that has ocean views of the Sea of Cortez and Land's End. Great location, easy in and out, and close enough to downtown Cabo San Lucas to have fun, but just out of town to allow families to enjoy a peaceful, quiet escape. There are 6 beaches within 10 minutes from the villa, including the best swimming and snorkeling beaches in Los Cabos.

The villa has three (3) bedrooms, all located upstairs. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with a King bed in each, and the third bedroom has a Queen bed and two (2) Twin Bunks.

The house is perfect for one or two families, with plenty of space to play indoors or outside on the main patio.

Wonderful property!

This was a wonderful place to stay, perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. It was clean and well equipped and Sergio was great about answering questions. It’s right off a main road but we were glad we rented a car to make it easy to get around. There are multiple great beaches within 10-20 minutes and Costco is very close by. The community pools were really nice and would have been even better during hotter weather. If you do rent a car make sure to grab cash because the toll booth on the main highway doesn’t take credit cards.
