Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this unit for the same time period for the past four years, mostly due to its convenient location. The condition of the premises has not changed since and it is really in need of some repair and maintenance. There were some housekeeping issues during the stay but they were resolved in a timely way. We are planning to stay there again this coming winter.

Property needs a good cleaning and updating. Driveway and access to garage is terrible. Back patio is very small and right next to 10th tee box. Ice maker not working.
