The large living room has ceiling-to-floor windows throughout that offer unforgettable and unbeatable partial views of the Gulf of Mexico. Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen and brew a cup of coffee and sit on the private balcony as you start your day off on the right foot. This beach getaway is located on the 12th floor and if you decide to book it, you'll be granted access to Surfside Resort's shared on-site amenities that include a rooftop pool that is a great place to cool off after a day at the beach, along with a couple more pools, a convenient sauna, hot tub, sports courts (basketball and tennis), a well-equipped fitness room, and even an on-site restaurant, the Royal Palm Grill.

You'll be staying just a stone's throw from the soft sands since this getaway also provides direct beach access; the Gulf of Mexico is also steps away from your vacation rental. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
