You are considering one of the most popular resorts on the Emerald Coast, Beach House Condominiums. Extensive upgrades and renovations were made in this condo two years ago. The major change this past year was a wall-mounted 58-inch TV, viewable from both common room and dining area.

This clean, tastefully decorated condo awaits your Next vacation. You will find a state of the art kitchen, a master bedroom with new King-sized bed & mattress, and tiled walk-in shower, an updated guest bathroom suite, and for reliable comfort a modern heating/air conditioning unit and water heater. There is fresh Shaker style cabinetry, with matching interior doors throughout the unit, and of course on the balcony overlooking beach, surf, and broad Gulf, you will discover cast-aluminum chairs & table, and lounge chair, to breath in the sea breeze, absorb the spectacular view, and share a meal. Venturing down to the seaside pool or to the beach you will find cabanas, lounge chairs, and other services. Two beach chairs & umbrella complementary daily. And WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE are a modern grocery store, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, two restaurants on the beach (Surf Hut and Whales Tail), and the Post Office..

NOTE: From March into October, this condo is only rented in week blocks, and only from Saturday to Saturday. This means that the minimum stay is 7 days.

This unit has the highest rating for attractiveness, decor, and comfort. It is a bright, cheerful, well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath, ocean-front condo overlooking the sand, surf, and sea. Surprisingly better than expected. Beaches weren't overcrowded. Surf Hut restaurant, 2 doors down was GREAT! Easy beach service setups. Pool not crowded most times. The property itself is obviously on the older side, but seems to have been maintained fairly well. Easy access both driving and from unit to beach. Our specific unit needs some work however--felt a bit dingy and dated, 2nd bathroom tub/shower drain severely backed up and beds were a bit short, washer/dryer had funky smells and found someones bra left behind the dresser in master. With that being said, our foursome (two adults and two teens) really enjoyed our week and would definitely consider returning. We typically stay in Destin, but really liked how much calmer Miramar was--way more relaxing. All of the appliances worked and the elevators were functional without any issues. Like how the pool was set on the property so you could see the ocean while at the pool. Would consider coming back to this specific unit if it were a bit cleaner--specifically the 2nd bedroom/bathroom.
