Excellent communication from the start of our booking process, clear instructions and seamless check-in. The gîte is in a beautiful location just a few minutes walk from a little supermarket for morning bread and and pastries and around 15-20 mins walk from the beach. It was equipped with everything that is needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The kitchen was filled with plenty of utensils, pots, cooking equipment and a very welcome dishwasher and washing machine! The bedrooms were welcoming, with good sized beds and helpful equipment for families travelling with little ones and the shower was a great size and always with hot water. A lovely secluded garden felt like an oasis of calm and had the sun on it all day, with a lovely table for alfresco dining and a large umbrella and canopy for them shade was needed.

Très belle petite maison

Merci a Mme Giraut pour ses services et acceuil. Tout confort prés des plages cette maison est faite pour passer un très bon sejour dans un region magnifique. Il ne manque riens. Belle déco et tres propre. De plus un petit cadeau de bienvenu. Je reviendrai l'an prochain avec certitude. Encore merci a la propriétaire. Mr Jourdan .

Découverte de la région de Carnac

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec nos petits enfants. La petite maison convenait parfaitement. Il y avait tout le confort nécessaire et l'emplacement est idéal pour découvrir cette belle région et surtout la plage est à 2 pas. Nous avons pu nous y rendre à pied tous les jours. Très belle expérience à renouveler. Merci

Klein und schön

Das Haus war sehr sauber, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr nett und prompt. Der Weg über den Campingplatz zum Strand beträgt ca. 1,3 km und ist gut zu schaffen, geht durch tolle Landschaft! Wir hatten unseren Hund dabei und haben den eingezäunten Garten sehr zu schätzen gewusst. Leider dürfen Hunde in Frankreich so gut wie nie in den Sommermonaten an den Strand- selbst die im Internet beschriebenen Hundestrände sind dann doch für Hunde verboten. Die berittene Polizei kontrolliert auch regelmäßig. Die Landschaft rund um Erdeven mit seiner Dünenlandschaft lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la région

La location est bien située. L’environnement est calme. Nous y avons passé 2 semaines. Malheureusement la location n’est pas bien insonorisée, nous entendions les voisins faire du bruit. Le matelas du lit double n’est pas confortable. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de vaisselle. Certaines assiettes sont ébréchées. Il m’a manqué une râpe. Le pommeau de douche mériterai d’être changé, le débit est faible. Il n’y a rien pour accrocher les gants de toilette et les faire sécher. Il manque aussi un porte savon et un verre pour les brosses à dents. Sinon la propriétaire est disponible et sympathique.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Nette Anlage mit mehreren kleinen Reihenhäusern, in der Vorsaison sehr ruhig. Das Haus war zu zweit groß genug und wir konnten die Terrasse sehr genießen. Das Fahrrad war bei der Entfernung zum Meer und zum nächsten Bäcker nötig.

Nous avons fortement apprécié cette agréable petite maison très bien équipée pour une famille de 4 personnes. Idéalement située près de la mer, quartier très calme en hiver. Expérience dépaysante et reposante, nous recommandons vivement !

Ruhig gelegen und gemütlich

Das Gite ist zwar klein, aber ein Juwel. Für 2 Gäste gut geeignet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alles war bei Ankunft topsauber. Einzig eine rückenfreundlichere Sitzgelegenheit fehlt im Inneren. Das kleine Sofa ist sehr niedrig. Die Gartenmöbel sind ok. Die Lage ist top!! Die Strände in der Umgebung unglaublich! Man hat viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Annie ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Danke für alles!

perfect holiday

We enjoyed the location very much. The house was clean, quiet and we did not miss anything. The garden was well fenced, which made the stay with our dog very comfortable. The pool was clean and not overcrouded. The beaches are beautiful and easy to reach.
