Equipped with a king bed, twin over full bunk bed and another twin. Both high end bathrooms feel luxurious and another half bath downstairs is convenient. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout provides an elegant feeling. Comes with a fully stocked beautiful kitchen and a desk work area. Great Place To Relax!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took a December getaway & the Summerhouse condo was perfect for us. From before we arrived, the staff was helpful & pleasant. Located about 10-15 minutes south of Old St. A, it was relaxing, with well maintained grounds, secure, nice pool and activities onsite, easy gated beach access. Unit 354 was great-very clean, newly nicely updated,well appointed, spacious for 4 of us, ,solid wifi, best of all-directly ocean front!-open the sliders, step out on the balcony and you are feet away from the ocean! Parking at each unit, arriving and leaving very easy&accomodating. Will go again :-)
