This was a quick family getaway. The house was very good and had pretty much all the amenities we needed for cooking and grilling. Great location to town and the host Beau was terrific to work with!

Beau was an amazing host in every way, thinking of ways large and small to make our family reunion one that we will never forget. All the beds were very comfortable, there were amenities galore, the location was perfect, and there were touches above and beyond what we expected.

It was perfect! We’ve stayed at many VRBO homes but none compared to this one. We siblings and spouses are so pleased that we are coming back next year, which we’ve never done before. We all are in our 70s, but we are hopeful for good health. Such a wonderful place we have found. Hayward is a great city.

We had a wonderful stay! My husband participated in the Fattire 40 and this was a highly convenient location compared to the remote locations we have stayed at previously. The house was perfect! Beau was highly responsive and accommodating.

Best Place In All of Hayward!!

Cannot say enough amazing things about this place! Spacious, clean, and lots of amenities. We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard the most. Beau was amazing to work with. He called a day in advance just to say hello and see if we needed anything else. There’s a reason this place is booked all summer!

Great Stay! Great home for entertainment!

This home was just two blocks from downtown. Walking to the local coffee shop, restaurants, bars, shopping, and more was an easy walk each day. One night we spent at the house swinging outside at the bar enjoying cocktails, playing the ring toss game, PIG at the basketball hoop, then a bag tourney to finish the night. It was really nice to just hangout in cozy clothes and enjoy time with family outside! Beau, the host, was awesome! He called before our stay and texted often when I had any questions. He was very friendly and accommodating. Everything about our stay was wonderful! Thank you Beau and family!

Family Side by Side Trip

Second time staying here and it was perfect space to host a family trip. Love that all bedrooms have their own bathroom and great outdoors area. Kid friendly and great communication with owner.

Adorable Home Close to Downtown Hayward

We had a multi-generational family vacation and stayed in this lovely home. There was plenty of room for everyone, and all the conveniences of home. We appreciated the nice outdoor area equipped with yard games and plenty of seating. The location is perfectly within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We would definitely book another stay here.

Heaven in Hayward

AS GOOD AS ANYONE COULD EXPECT AND BEYOND. GREAT LOCATION, FABULOUS HOUSE, FANTASTIC AMENITIES. HAD A PARTY OF 25 PEOPLE ONE NITE AND THE OUTSIDE BACK YARD WAS PERFECT! DO NOT THINK OF ANOTHER PLACE IN HAYWARD IF YOU ARE DOING 3 OR MORE PEOPLE- JUST STAY HERE!!

Wedding celebration

The property was better than the description. Centrally located it was perfect as a home base for the wedding weekend. Some of us were able to walk to the downtown area and enjoy the shops. We all felt very welcome and safe. My only regret is we couldn’t stay longer. The Petersons are the best hosts!!

Super cute, updated, comfortable and cozy home. Loved how the bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Beau and Bethany were super to work with! We especially appreciated the flexibility in our checkout time on Sunday...which allowed us time to shower after a morning ski before the drive back home!!

Great Getaway, Great Location, Great Hosts

We just got back from spending a three day weekend with friends up at Beau and Bethany's perfect Hayward home. We absolutely loved that each of our rooms had its own bathroom. The location is perfect, and was within walking distance of everything: we walked to the brewery, wine tasting room, main street shops, and many other spots. Other neat areas are only a short drive away. We expected to spend much more time around town, but we loved their backyard entertaining space so much that we ended up spending a significant amount of time at the cabin! We cooked, had fires in the pit, played beanbags, played on the trampoline, and definitely enjoyed a lot of time swinging in the hammock chairs at the bar. Beau and Bethany are the best, and are gracious and attentive hosts! We felt well taken care of the entire stay. We will definitely plan on returning - what a wonderful weekend!

Look no Further! A Must Stay Vacation Haven!

We are not big vacationers because sometimes what you see in the pictures is not what you get. But this home swayed us to take a chance, and we got more than what the pictures show. First, the home is as beautiful as pictured, unique, spacious, organized, and clean (so very clean). We had 10 people staying in this amazing space. Having large rooms with huge beds, our own bathrooms, lots of privacy, and an amazing outdoor area to retreat to (with lights, grills, and fun hammock seating), our stay was so enjoyable and relaxing. And we were literally minutes away from downtown. We could walk to coffee or popcorn or ice cream or tacos every day (you will do a lot of eating, so bring your bigger pants)! And on nights we wanted to remain home, we had such a rest haven in this location. The owner is like no other. He enriched our experience! He went out of his way to make us feel at home. He was faithful to check in and offer to be available to help us or answer questions; he is so responsive, kind, generous, and hospitable. He treats his guests like long time friends! He wants his friends to have an awesome time, and we did! From helping us start the fire on s'more nights to letting us use his paddle boards and kayaks (no hidden rental fee), and then driving us to the beach and picking us up, to offering to let us accompany him on mountain bike rides, to recommending the best eateries and attractions, to making a call to help our little boy participate in the local Lumber Jack show, he helped give my family an unforgettable experience. None of us wanted to leave, and we are already talking about when we can return. Plus, if you have little ones, there's so much in this space for them to enjoy, too! Truly, if you are looking for the best vacation spot in Hayward WI, look no further. You are home here, and I can guarantee you that you will not find another host like this one. Book this space now. I promise you it'll be one of the absolute best vacations you ever gift yourself and your loved ones!

Beau has a beautiful home and some really cool what appear to be travel pictures on the walls. The beds in all the rooms were amazing according to those who were us. The patio and wood fire grills were awesome We made delicious pizzas and incredible steaks while we are there. I highly recommend Beau and this property
