Welcome to the newly renovated La Dolce Vita!

This first floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath flat designed by K. Lewis Interior Design is situated conveniently across from the Splash Pad and the St. Augustine Green and embodies a soft calming palette of sophisticated interiors.

Guests will enjoy a large, custom-built dining table and corner banquette with soft cushioned seat backs and benches that are nestled against the kitchen counter, which can be also be utilized as a buffet area for serving. The chef in your family will enjoy the deep farmhouse sink, new stainless steel appliances, and beautiful countertops providing a nice workspace to create meals. Laundry will be a breeze in the full-size, large capacity washer and dryer.

The living room is complete with sleeper sofa, swivel club chairs, cushioned bench and a 55” Roku Smart TV. Down the hallway you'll find the guest bedroom with built-in queen over queen bunks. The stairs leading to the top bunk provide 4 spacious pull-out drawers to store clothing and essentials. The guest bedroom also includes a 43” Roku Smart TV and a closet with cubby shelving for shoes. The shelving also has HDMI cables and power outlets to connect your gaming system as well as a basket of puzzles and games that will make for fun-filled family nights during your stay.

Across the hallway is the guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower-bathtub combination enclosed behind a frameless, classic roller-style sliding shower door. The beautifully constructed arched ceiling and shower walls are adorned with colorful subway tile and luxury fixtures. At the end of the hallway is the master bedroom with king-sized bed, large dresser, and 55” Roku Smart TV. The adjoining private bathroom boasts a double vanity providing an abundance of light and an expansive walk-in shower with seat and a petite Japanese soaking tub enclosed together behind a wall of glass. The white and gray porcelain tile covering the shower walls and floors coordinates peacefully with the clean airy hue of the master bedroom.

A gated porch off the living room provides a serene view of the Green, as well as several seating options for outdoor dining and entertaining. Guests can explore all that Rosemary Beach has to offer on 2 included adult bikes.

Spring Break getaway

This is our favorite location to stay when we are at Rosemary! Directly across from the park, can walk to a pool and walk to Kilwin's for ice cream at night. Beds were super soft - everything in the condo has been updated and beautifully done. Would love to have had some beach towels, a beach bag, toys or even a cooler but we made do for the 5 days we were there! Rosemary is our absolutely favorite go to beach and condos like this just make it even better!

Lovely Stay at La Dolce Vita

My mom, sister and I stayed at La Dolce Vita for Mother's Day Weekend. The property was well-appointed and very clean. It's in an excellent location - within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the fitness center. Also very close to the family pool. The only issue we had was that the bunk beds were only made with a flat and fitted sheet. There were no blankets and we were unable to locate additional bedding in the condo. The rental company did send over some blankets for us the second day of our stay. Also there is no fan in the bunk room, just an FYI. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

We love staying in Rosemary beach! This was a last-minute trip for us; we typically rent a house for a week so its hard to compare; however this property was good for a short stay.

Perfect Little Condo

We absolutely loved our stay here during fall break. The location was perfect & the size & amenities just right for our little family. We walked & rode bikes everywhere & barely needed our car. The condo was well-equipped & had basically everything we needed. Loved that it was right on the green & so close to Barrett Square. Would definitely stay there again.

Needs some attention . . .

NIce property. Interior clean outside patio area neglected. Problem with door locks. Had these areas been addressed, the rating would have been significatnly higher overall.
