The Antigua Penthouse offers the closest and best gulf view of any Two Bedroom condo in Rosemary Beach. This clean and well cared for condo offers stunning Gulf Views as your backdrop from multiple balconies. On the entry level, you'll find the master bedroom (king), bath with soaker tub and shower. The master bedroom offers a private sitting balcony overlooking picturesque Main Street and The Pearl Hotel. The 2nd bedroom (queen, twin trundle) faces west and has its own on-suite bathroom and balcony. The upper floor of this two-level condo is the newly remodeled kitchen. Glass balcony doors flank both sides of the dining and living areas. In the living room enjoy comfortable seating and a cozy fireplace while watching your favorite sporting event on the big screen TV.
Our sunrise east balcony offers stunning Western Green and Gulf Views. The sunset west balcony offers relaxed seating as well as mesmerizing Florida sunsets!
The Antigua Penthouse resides on the 3rd & 4th floors of a four-story commercial building in the heart of Rosemary Beach's olde world village. A fine art gallery is on the ground level and fronts Main Street. Next door is Edwards Cafe as well as the Summer Kitchen cafe. Across the street is the Pearl Hotel and Bar. An elevator adjacent to your reserved parking space opens to the Antigua Penthouse front door (third floor). Once inside the condo, stairs are required to access the upper level living areas (fourth floor). Enjoy an unforgettable stay at the Antigua Penthouse!

We provide passes to access all 4 Rosemary Beach Community pools, and any of the 9 Beach Walkovers

All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation!

Beautiful penthouse in prime location

This property could not have been more perfect! I stayed for a girls weekend with me and my high school/college aged daughters. There was plenty of room and you could not beat walking out and being in the middle of all the restaurants and shops. The walk to the beach was minimal and the views were gorgeous. The management was top notch and response time was impressive. I’ve already recommended this property to friends and we will definitely stay here again.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay- so close to the beach and shops. Well appointed kitchen. Great views. Bedding for queen bed could be better as comforters seemed to be a twin or full size. The balconies need some upkeep- water damage and mold around the non useable hottub. The banister at the top of the stairs is very loose- feels like someone might grab on and it would give way. Overall, a really nice stay in the heart of Rosemary Beach!

Thank you for staying. The balconies' scheduled refresh, just after your visit, was completed. Balconies are now in a clean white stucco. Kitchen cabinets and countertops are being upgraded to white. The owner's hot tub is not an advertised part of the rental property. We hope you'll visit again soon!
