Fantastic place. It's an incredibly short walk from everything downtown, but still a very quiet & quaint location on the wharf. The back deck and its view of the harbor are incredible. Alina is a great host who was courteous and quick to respond to all questions. Our family of four wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

As an interior architect I noticed not one detail went by the wayside (even the tiled 4 walls in the bathroom). Being on the water brought instant peace and the location was extremely convenient

Lovely Nantucket Cottage!

We really enjoyed our week staying at this lovely cottage! Beautiful view from the deck overlooking the water and an easy stroll into town. The cottage and kitchen was well stocked and the property manager, Alina, was great to work with. We will rent here again!

Amazing Location and Home

My wife and I had a wonderful get away during our time at the cottage. Very clean, comfortable, well Maintained and a stones throw to town. We definitely plan on being back!

Amazing property on the water right in the heart of town. I went with 3 other women in our 30s. My sister and I shared the queen bed, and two of the girls slept in the bunk room. A fifth friend was meant to join as well, which would have been a bit tight (although completely doable), but her flight was cancelled. The porch directly on the marina was such a treat every morning. We were right in the center of everything, and really enjoyed all the shopping, bars and restaurants. The free wave shuttle was amazing for the airport and beaches too! The bathrooms were lovely and recently updated. Such a charming interior. Amazing trip, I can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful Nantucket Vacation

23 Commercial was a fabulous location with a beautiful view and easy access to anything you need or want in town. Also, since we had a car, the private parking spaces were extremely helpful to have, and getting in and out of town heading East was no problem at all. The home was cozy and well appointed… a perfect size for my wife and me, plus teenage daughter. We hope to visit again!

Nantucket Family Visit.

My family has a summer home in Nantucket and needed a rental nearby for overflow. My father in law is an avid fisherman; but finds it’s too difficult to fish via a boat or surf. The back deck on the harbor was perfect! He fished everyday and loved being on the water! The location so close to town was awesome as well! Communication with Alina was very easy! An excellent choice for our family!

Wharf Cottage

Absolutely lovely cottage on the wharf with a impressive sized deck. Walking distance to everything in town. Bunk beds on the second floor have four mattresses in total. Good bath rooms and excellent communication from the host. Also comes with two parking spots which was absolutely vital as parking was surprising difficult in town for long periods of time.

"Sitting on the dock of the bay!"

My family and I had an amazing two weeks in Nantucket! This property was absolutely perfect. The location could not have been better. Easy stroll to town and 5-10 minute ride to most beaches. If you have a car, they have a private parking space right next to the house. Very convenient. The house is newly renovated and we were the first guests to stay at the new property. It is beautiful and really clean. Edin is amazing and will reply to your text right away if you have any questions. The most amazing part of the house is the deck. I sat out there every night with a glass of wine watching the boats go by at sunset. AMAZING!!! I would 100% stay at this property again.

I loved this cottage. it’s even better than the pictures. I never wanted to leave. The back deck is amazing. The entire home is so charming and added to the magic of Nantucket. House was perfect. So close to town but also so quiet! I will be back multiple times! I love this home.
