nice set up with a welcoming back yard to sit in the sun and read. Owner offered beach chairs and bikes to use! We grilled several times while there.

E we’re happy with the cleanliness of the house, how accommodating and prompt the host was to address some internet issues as well as check out process. The beach chairs, umbrella and shell shifter were nice touches too! The location is idea for access to Venice Beach and Englewood. A quiet and safe neighborhood too.

You are located in South Venice. A few minutes from beautiful downtown Venice and local beaches. Caspersen, Venice beach and Sharkey's Pier are just a short drive a way. Nokomis beach and Siesta Key beach are just a little further south on Tamiami. You are in a quiet residential neighborhood that is convenient for shopping on Tamiami Road or biking around the neighborhood. There are two bicycles available during your stay for your riding enjoyment around the neighborhood or on the Venetian Waterway Trail or recently opened Legacy Trail.

What makes this property unique

Cottage has master bedroom and bath on second floor with small walk out balcony. Master bed furnished with queen bed desk and TV. First floor has one bedroom with full size bed and full bath. Living room has 50" TV and leather couch. Kitchen appliances include oven, frig, dishwasher, toaster, blender, panini press, and coffee machine. Washer and dryer are located in closet off kitchen.
