This 50 m² cottage features a living room and bedroom on the ground floor. These two bright rooms open directly onto the terrace through large French doors. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet is also located on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine bedroom. For your comfort, the cottage has underfloor heating, utilities are included in the rental price, towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. The cottage is situated in a small, easily accessible village between Lyon and Saint-Étienne. This charming little stone house is attached to the owners' farm inn at the entrance to a hamlet. You will appreciate the spaciousness and the contemporary materials (polished concrete, aluminum window and door frames) combined with wood. It has its own private garden and parking space. There are a few animals on the property, but the main part of the farm is 3 km from the cottage. If you wish, you can enjoy farm products at the Ferme-Auberge restaurant. Reservations are recommended!

Located on the edge of the Pilat Regional Natural Park, it is ideally situated for outdoor enthusiasts: hiking, geocaching, and climbing (a natural climbing site is less than 10 km away), while remaining close to major shops and cities such as Saint-Étienne (30 minutes) and Lyon (50 minutes), which offer a multitude of day-trip options.

Just 3 km from the gîte, the Maison des Tresses et Lacets (House of Braids and Laces) is a must-see.
