Gather your family and friends and settle into this spacious, impeccably clean 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, ideally located just 15 minutes from West Yellowstone and the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. Sleeping up to 6 guests, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect balance of convenience, comfort, and outdoor adventure.

After a day exploring Yellowstone, hiking scenic trails, fishing nearby rivers, or enjoying the many recreational opportunities around Hebgen Lake, come home to relax in the inviting living room. Stretch out on the comfortable suede sofa, cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace, or enjoy your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. During warmer months, a portable A/C unit in the main living area helps keep the home comfortable. Ceiling fans and portable fans are also provided to help circulate air throughout the home.

Please note: this property does not have central air conditioning or individual bedroom A/C units. Mountain temperatures typically cool down in the evenings, and many guests enjoy opening windows to bring in the fresh mountain air at night.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, while the dining table with seating for six is perfect for family meals, game nights, or planning the next day's adventures. A washer and dryer, TV with streaming services, covered parking, and additional parking in front of the home add convenience throughout your stay.

Step outside and take in the beautiful mountain views from the back patio. Enjoy your morning coffee in the fresh Montana air, fire up the grill for an evening barbecue, or simply relax and watch the sun set behind the surrounding peaks.

Please note that due to the home's rural location, internet and cellular service may occasionally be limited.

Cancellation Policy:
Guests who cancel 60 or more days before arrival receive a full refund. Cancellations made 31–60 days prior to arrival receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available within 30 days of arrival.
