Located in a small residence of 3 floors, without any opposite, and in peace, the flat benefits from a pleasant terrace where one can lunch quietly.
It also includes:

- a large bright living room which has a comfortable sofa bed. It is separated from the sleeping area of the apartment, creating two separate sleeping spaces.
- a functional kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large bedroom with wardrobes.
- Laundry room with a washing machine

Linen and sheets provided as well as essential products (shower gel, toilet paper, washing up liquid, household products).

Capsules of coffee, tea, sugar, flour, salt, pepper, spices, oil, etc. are available in the kitchen.

The arrival is flexible, the departure too! We discuss it according to our availability! We will not leave you at the door at 8 am on the pretext that a tenant is coming right after you!

We do our utmost to ensure you a very clean and in very good condition. We do not charge a cleaning fee but in return, we ask you to please leave the apartment clean and take out the trash. A small deposit is required for cleaning. It will be returned without any problem if the apartment is in good condition. Whatever happens, we can discuss everything, nothing is fixed, the small accidents of life can happen, do not hesitate to tell us about it! :-)

Je vous le recommande vivement

Je vous recommande vivement l'appartement de Jenny qui est très agréable à vivre, on se sent rapidement comme chez nous avec en plus le calme de la co-propriété et du parc sur lequel donne l'appartement. Il est placé à 7-8 minutes du tram qui vous amène directement dans le centre de Nantes.

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé par rapport au centre de Nantes. D'une propreté irréprochable , vraiment un bonheur d'y poser ses valises! De plus situé dans une résidence très arborée et calme...que du bien être! Avec une terrasse sans vis à vis également! Je recommande vivement !
