In 10 minutes from the city center of Nantes with the bus at the foot of the residence and 4 tram stops!
Private and closed parking of the residence at your disposal.
Comfortable, spacious and bright with its small south facing terrace in a quiet private park.
Located in a small residence of 3 floors, without any opposite, and in peace, the flat benefits from a pleasant terrace where one can lunch quietly.
It also includes:
- a large bright living room which has a comfortable sofa bed. It is separated from the sleeping area of the apartment, creating two separate sleeping spaces.
- a functional kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a large bedroom with wardrobes.
- Laundry room with a washing machine
The apartment is on the DRC SURÈLEVÉ, no stairs to climb!
Secure car park to be able to park in all serenity!
Linen and sheets provided as well as essential products (shower gel, toilet paper, washing up liquid, household products).
Capsules of coffee, tea, sugar, flour, salt, pepper, spices, oil, etc. are available in the kitchen.
Wi-fi and television
The arrival is flexible, the departure too! We discuss it according to our availability! We will not leave you at the door at 8 am on the pretext that a tenant is coming right after you!
We do our utmost to ensure you a very clean and in very good condition. We do not charge a cleaning fee but in return, we ask you to please leave the apartment clean and take out the trash. A small deposit is required for cleaning. It will be returned without any problem if the apartment is in good condition. Whatever happens, we can discuss everything, nothing is fixed, the small accidents of life can happen, do not hesitate to tell us about it! :-)
