Start your day enjoying the morning sun and the views of the surrounding vineyards. Spend a day wine tasting at the 20+ wineries nearby. The wineries of Fair Play road are just minutes away. Plenty of other outdoor activities are options for you with the Cosumnes River just less than 1 mile away. You are walking distance from the local market and Pioneer Park. End your day taking in a stunning sunset then enjoying a glass of your favorite wine gazing at the star filled Sierra Nevada night sky.

We are the owners of Element 79 Vineyards just 1 1/2 miles down the road. Our private home is on the property. Warm friendly home style hospitality and customer service is very important to us.
Why they chose this property
We have been big fans of the Fair Play / Somerset area for many years and have been coming up here to wine taste and cut our family Christmas Tree for many years. In 2015 we purchased the vineyard and created Element 79 Vineyards and Winery. We make Element House Cottage available to our club members and guests and also want to make it available to others that need a place to stay while they are enjoying all that the area has to offer.
