Nous avons passé un weekend avec nos 4 filles ( 18 à 22 ans) afin de nous ressourcer en famille. Tout a été favorable, le logement, la situation ( marché et locations de vélos à moins de 10 minutes ) le beau temps ( plage à 15 minutes à pied ) . Un petit cadeau des propriétaires et un petit cadeau des gérants immo à l'arrivée , une petite attention qui fait toujours plaisir ( d'autant plus que c'est du local ) . Nous vous conseillons cet endroit.

La location correspond tout à fait à l'annonce, bien agencée, bien équipée, à proximité des commerces, de la plage. Un petit bémol sur la présence de nombreux poils de chien dans l'habitation, et d'excréments à l'extérieur ??? pour une location où les animaux ne sont pas les bienvenus.....

Merci à Isabelle pour son accueil chaleureux et sa flexibilité. Le gîte est très bien équipé, les chambres très bien réparties, simple et efficace. Les plages alentours sont superbes (pêche ET baignade), marché juste à côté (superette aussi). Pas besoin de voiture pour notre séjour. Parfait!

* 3 chambres au calme dans une petite résidence pratique avec de bonnes tablées à la clef. * A côté du marché et d'une des plages (vous n'êtes pas ici pour faire les soldes). * Grande propreté exigée, attention à la gérance intraitable et la reprise sur caution si vous ne faites pas le ménage de fond en comble !

Merci pour vos 5 étoiles. En effet nous mettons un point d'honneur à ce que vous passiez un agréable séjour et le ménage en fait partie surtout en cette période sanitaires ! Nous demandons juste que vous nous rendiez le logement tel que vous l'avez eu mais si cela n'est pas possible vous pouvez prendre l'option ménage. Il est hors de question que le locataire suivant subisse le ménage bâclé du locataire sortant. Afin de palier à certains soucis de nettoyage, le forfait ménage (courant et normal) pour juillet et août 2021 sera inclus dans le loyer. Le ménage sera donc toujours au top et nous ne ferons plus aucun reproche à nos hôtes. Hors saison estivale le ménage ne sera pas inclus mais au choix. Espérant vous revoir à nouveau.
