Typical oléronaise house, located in the heart of the village of Boyardville, close to its small shops, restaurants and entertainment. Its location close to the port, the sandy beaches, the Salmon forest, the salt marshes, the marshes ... is an ideal starting point for walks or bicycle tours.
The three bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 people: two bedrooms with a double bed (160/200) each and one bedroom with two bunk beds.
The pool is heated from Easter.

Great stay nearby see, restaurants and shops

Very clean pool, nice big garden, kitchen bit old but very well equipped, very spacious inside and outside. Only the room (for 4 teenagers) is a bit too small.I would recommend this place for a stay at Ile d’Oleron.

La maison est très bien située tout proche des commerces du village. L'équipement est complet, tout est très propre. La mise à disposition de vélos (notamment 2 électriques) est très appréciable ! Piscine au top ! L'accueil à notre arrivée a été parfait. Merci également au propriétaire soucieux que tout se passe bien. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine !

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine malgré les températures en peu fraiches en avant saison. Maison familiale bien équipée, au calme et à proximité du petit centre ville avec son marché, port et des bois permettant de faire de longues balades à pied ou vélo. Un grand merci à Gil et Sylvie pour leur accueil et communication. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir rapidement.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une villa avec tout le confort , un très beau jardin bien ombragé et une belle piscine chauffée. Nous avons pu faire de belles balades sur la plage en passant par le port et déguster d’excellentes huîtres et langoustines. Nous vous conseillons le restaurant Jules et Julie où vous êtes accueillis avec le sourire, et surtout une très bonne assiette. Nous avons eu un très bel accueil de la représentante Sylvie du propriétaire ce dernier nous ayant contacté plusieurs fois téléphoniquement pour s’assurer de notre bien-être. Nous comptons y retourner l’année prochaine.

1 semaine de vacances trop courte. Une maison accueillante bien située, conforme aux photos, avec tout à disposition. Vous n'avez plus qu'à poser vos valises et profitez! Profitez des repas sur la terrasse face à la piscine, du terrain de pétanque, de la piscine agréable dès le matin, de la mer à proximité, des alentours à pied, à vélo ou en voiture. Tout est là pour se ressourcer. Un accueil au top et un contact avec le propriétaire bienveillant et disponible. Très bon séjour dans une maison magnifique avec beaucoup de charme . Gil est présent pour vous guider et très bon accueil par Sylvie. Tout est fait pour que vous passiez un excellent séjour : piscine chauffée, jeux parfaits pour nos ados (Ping pong, badminton) et pétanque pour les adultes, maison très bien équipée et bonne literie. Marché tous les matins et nous vous conseillons le Café de la plage pour vous restaurer.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem super Haus. Gil und die weiteren Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Lage perfekt. Die Fahrräder sind bei vielen Touren zum Einsatz gekommen. Wir rundum zufrieden und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!!

La maison est très propre et agréable (plus spacieuse qu'il n'y parait dans les photos), elle située près de toutes les commodités et de la plage de Boyardville, et la communication avec Gil est très facile. Nous avons passé 2 belles semaines en famille dans cette agréable maison. Très bon emplacement, au calme, tout en étant proche des commerces et de la plage. Piscine chauffée : Au top ! Propriétaire au petit soin, soucieux que tout se passe bien pour les vacanciers. Literie très confortable, grande pièce de vie décorée avec goût, et avec tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine.
