T2 furnished 40 m2 atypical located above our home.
Apartment composed of a living room with sofa bed for 2 people, equipped kitchen overlooking the living room below. One bedroom with a double bed, bathroom and separate toilet and a terrace of 8 m2.
Its access is done by a small door which must be 1m20 (it is necessary to bend down to go there)
The kitchen is equipped with:
Hood, Electric oven, Microwave oven, Electric hot plate, Fridge + Freezer
Garage that can accommodate bikes and 1 motorcycle.
Wifi, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, bed linen and towels available.
