This NEW 4 bdrm 3 bath house sits right on Table Rock lake at Baxter Marina. Boats slips, boat rentals and jet ski rentals are right here. We are 16 miles from Branson, 2 miles from Black Oak Mountain Amphitheater and 6 miles from Dogwood canyon National Park. All the amenities from theater to quite life on the lake are yours! We are excited to share our little slice of heaven that sleeps 12 people.
This property has a fully equipped kitchen, Farm house dining room table that seats 12 with a awesome view of the lake, Living room has a beautiful fireplace with a lake view, master bedroom and lower bedrooms and down stairs family room have views as well.
There is a walk in shower ADA compliant on the main floor, with a queen bedroom attached.
The layout of the house from top to bottom is: Master bedroom (top floor) with a private on suite, 1 King bed. on the main entrance there is 1 queen size bedroom on with a private entrance to rest room.
Living room, dining room and kitchen all on the main floor with a huge deck that has a table to seat 6, a gas BBQ grill and a couch and love seat to enjoy each others company while watching the sunset over the lake.
The lower level bedroom # 3 has 1 queen bedroom with private entrance and porch. Bedroom #4 is the kids bedroom with twin bunk beds and a separate queen size bed. The lower level also has the laundry room, a full bathroom and family room with a queen sofa sleeper, private entrance and patio over looking the lake. There are large flat screen TVs in every room but the bunk room.
This beauty will sleep 12 +.
Baxter Marina and cove is known for the best fishing on Table Rock, Its quite and has easy access just across the street! The boat launch, a swim beach and daily docks rentals are available for rent by the day or by the month are literally a 100 feet from the house. WE also have a great Pickle Ball court and basketball too! Bring your stuff and enjoy !!
The pool is just steps away and is open May 15 to October 1, (weather permitting).
During the summer months the Baxter Marina offers a small outdoor eating area where they serve, shrimp, burgers, hot dogs and salads. Its a great way to have lunch on the dock and enjoy the scenery.
We have a Pickle Ball court, Basket ball courts. Horse Shoe Pit, Shuffle Board, and a community Fire Pit, along with a large Children's playground.
There is a small general store, bar and restaurant within walking distance- "Minnie's Cafe" they deliver pizza, hamburgers and will even come pick you up if you need a ride to the cafe! Live concerts during the summer.
We truly believe you will have everything at your disposal.

We had such a blast staying here! Mo is super awesome and made the renting process nice and easy. We will definitely be repeat visitors. The cabin was spacious and clean and the pool was the perfect temp for the weather! Decorated really well also!

Wonderful Property!

We really enjoyed our stay at "Life on the Lake". It was a beautiful property, very well decorated and had lots of sleeping accommodations. We would highly recommend this property to anyone staying near Branson that would like to be right near the lake with lake views. The host was also very responsive and provided all the needed details. We will definitely be returning!

Great house close to the lake. Perfect if you want to rent a boat from the marina which is within walking distance. Only issue was with the WiFi, which was a pretty slow. Phone reception was also not great. Communication with the host was great tho! Overall a great home and a great experience.

We had the best stay at “Life On the Lake”!! We stayed in 7A, the house is absolutely adorable!!! It was super clean and we had everything we needed!! We literally just had to bring clothes and food! Mo was amazing from the second we booked! She was available 24/7 during our stay for any questions we had! She is so sweet and helpful! She provides you with snacks, dishes, pots and pans, spices, food storage, condiments and even laundry detergent!! It was seriously like being at home! The location was perfect! Just a short walk across the road to the water and docks! We will 100% be going back!!

Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations from the moment we inquired about the place until we checked out. The clean and spacious condo is beautifully decorated and well stocked. We loved the kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry room, beautifully furnished outside spaces with covered top and bottom decks, pool, game cupboard and so much more. We unpacked and settled in. No need to live out of a suitcase when staying here. The location is within walking distance to the lake, Baxter boat dock and has a beautiful view of the lake! We enjoyed the pickle ball court, pool, lake, and the perfect location to other areas on Table Rock Lake. There were 6 of us staying there and so much more room for more friends and family. The owner was friendly and communicated with us promptly when we had a question. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful place. We will be back!

Absolutely beautiful house with everything that you need!

The house is absolutely beautiful. Mo doesn't leave you wanting or needing anything. She has thought of everything! We brought our boat and Baxter marina was just a short walk/drive away with slips that you can rent. I wasn't aware that the marina doesn't allow for overnight trailor parking and text Mo and received a response back within minutes that we could park the trailor in the parking lot in front of the house. The house was so beautifully decorated and had all the thoughtful accommodations. From cotton swabs, q-tips, beach towels, aluminum fo)il and all the seasonings and accessories needed for cooking. We were never left with wishing we had this or that. Down to storage 7containers for leftovers when we cooked! You can't go wrong with staying here. Plus the pool is just steps away up the street, an outdoor ping pong table, and basketball goals when you just want to stay on the property with the kids. Can't wait to come back!

CHRISTMAS VACATION

BEAUTIFUL PLACE QUITE PERFECT IN SIZE LITTLE FURTHER OUT THAN WE SHOULD HAVE GOT TO DO THE THINGS WE SET OUT TO DO BUT IT WORKED OUT AND THE HOUSE WAS BEAUTIFUL BUT HARD TO KEEP LOWER LEVEL WARM FOR PEOPLE SLEEPING THERE- WE HAD TO TURN THE FIREPLACE UNIT TOTALLY OFF AND SHUT OFF ALL MAIN FLOOR VENTS TO GET THEM SOMEWHAT WARM ENOUGH AND COMFORTABLE WHICH THEN CAUSED THE MAIN FLOOR TO BE TOO COLD- NEEDS A BETTER HEATING SYSTEM FOR LOWER LEVEL IN DEAD WINTER TIME OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS PERFECT IF YOU TURNED ON THE FIREPLACE HEAT IT HEATED MAIN FLOOR AND CAUSED CENTRAL HEAT TO NOT COME ON WHICH CAUSED LOWER LEVEL TO BE WAY TOO COLD SO ONCE WE TURNED IT OFF AND SHUT OFF VENTS ALMOST COMPLETELY ON MAIN FLOOR THEN WE WERE ABLE TO GET LOWER LEVEL DECENTLY HEATED AND TOLERABLE

Even better than we expected!

This house is even better than the pictures. It’s spacious, stocked with everything that was needed, including board games and kitchen supplies. The property manager was very responsive and contacted us upon arrival to make sure we got in ok. Very happy with it. We had a group of 12, ranging from 6-19 for the kids, plus four adults and there was plenty of room. I do recommend bringing a few extra blankets if using the pull out sofa. There was one, but we needed a couple more. Beautiful property, close to the lake. Would def book again.

Our stay at "Life on the lake" near Lampe, MO was amazing. The home is just up the hill from the Baxter Marina where we kept our boat for a week of fun lake adventures. The home is very new and the decor is absolutely wonderful! We loved the layout for out 3 families including 4 grandkids. The upper patio gives a nice view of the lake. The entire family also enjoyed the pool that was just a few short steps away. Mo was a JOY to work with and I would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO unit to anyone wanting to stay on this part of Table Rock Lake. You'll be happy you stayed here!

Rainy Stay at the Lake

The house is itself is beautiful, nicely decorated and very clean. Our time was there was a little bit spoiled by the weather (rain, cold and clouds the whole time; obviously by no fault of the owner!), so we didn't get to enjoy all the area and house has to offer. There was construction going in the neighborhood - right across from the front door, workers were out working on more condos. I missed it when looking at the description and the map before our stay, but the house is right outside of a public use campground. It wasn't a loud or super busy area, by any means, but not necessarily what I was expecting. The view from the deck and the upstairs is really nice but from the main level you're looking out onto a dirt patch outside, then the street, some trees, and then the water. We had 7 adults and 4 kids and the space was comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. The bathrooms had soap and shampoo and there was plenty of towels, plus laundry available. The community pool was a nice touch even if it was too cold for us to use. If you are planning on taking a boat out from the marina, I think it would be a great location. If not, it's a bit of a drive to more attractions. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Great spot four a quick hop on the lake with a nearby Miranda or short drive to Dogwood Nat’l Park

We stayed here with family. It is a great spot for those who have an elderly couple with them needing handicap showers/bathroom on the main floor. Mo has decorated it beautifully and made it cozy with a wonderful sitting/swinging area both on the basement floor and the deck. This spot fit our needs beautifully. We loved it and can’t wait to come back again soon.

Lovely Stay

We loved our stay immensely!! We rented this property for a small family reunion and it was completely perfect. We had 11 people and it never felt crowded. The view from the living room is a perfect shot of Table Rock Lake. The farmhouse kitchen table fit everyone comfortably. The absolute best part of this home is the proximity to Baxter Marina. We brought our boat and two jet skis and were able to easily rent a slip to keep them in. It was short 5 minute walk to the boat every morning. The personal touches in the home were perfect as well. Little details such as: having a pens and a notepad, cotton pads, ziplock bags for sandwiches and body soap in the showers etc. really made the house feel lived in and not just a rented condo. Even the kitchen had high quality pots and pans and completely stocked shelves. This unit is even ADA compliant as well. We had an older couple on the trip and we felt so much better having a shower that they could not trip in and having a ramp option to go come inside the house. We absolutely loved our stay. Monica is great to work with and quick to respond. Can’t not wait to return.
