Half chalet 650 m from the village center. Built in 2006. It has the charm of our Savoyard chalets, beautiful and well-designed, you will spend pleasant holidays. It is located in the Vallée des Confins, at the place called La Grallière. About 500 meters from the La Balme/le Bossonnet connection trail. Easy access to the village by car or shuttle, there is a stop 20 meters from the chalet. Quiet with good exposure and a very beautiful view of the Aravis Chain.

appartement très agréable à vivre, bien aménagé, belle vue sans vis à vis, au calme avec jolie Terrasse. Commerces un peu loin à pied si on est chargé mais faisable. Navette pas très loin pour le lac des Confins. Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines !
Location agréable mais manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine .les espaces sont agréables surtout avec la présence de deux salles de douche .
Location idéale avec le garage et la buanderie spacieuse .Il faudrait juste que le matelas soit changer dans la chambre lit double et mettre des couettes à la place des couvertures .

Nous avons profité pleinement de la terrasse et de sa vue comme de ('intérieur du chalet spacieux où chacun a pu trouver son espace les quelques jours où randonner n'etait pas possible

Ski 2022
Le calme, la vue, prêt du centre ville…
Nous avons loué ce chalet à plusieurs reprises. Malheureusement d’année en année l’équipement vaisselle diminue, entre autres un réassortiment des verres est absolument nécessaire pour que ce logement soit à nouveau TOP….

étant habitué à cette location
étant habitué à cette location.si on y revientce n est pas un hazard.tout est bien conçu du haut en bas
le couchage du salon pas pratique et peu confortable.
