La description dans l’annonce n’est pas erronée…
L’amélioration possible ne dépend pas de l’agence, mais du propriétaire.
La literie principale (chambre 1 lit) et quelques accessoires (aspirateur notamment) .

Il est difficile de proposer un matelas qui convient à tous. Un sondage fait auprès d’utilisateurs récents ne signale aucun problème.
L' aspirateur a été remplacé .

La position au cœur du village, les chambres qui donnent dans la cour intérieure, prix correct
Logement sale, le chauffage ne fonctionne pas partout, salle de bain avec moisissure, on a même du changer des ampoules. Il manque une machine à laver

Au coeur du village
Le logement est situé sur la place centrale de la Clusaz. Les commerces et activités à proximité immédiate.
Le logement est agréable et bien équipé. Le balcon très appréciable en été.

Emplacement idéal
L'emplacement est le premier des critères de choix pour cet appartement. Il est, de plus, avec 2 chambres et une belle salle de bain, très fonctionnel.
L'état de propreté lorsqu'on entre dans l'appartement. Je trouve que le coût du ménage (70,00€) est cher, et lorsque je m'aperçois, qu'il y a toujours des zones "grises", dans l'appartement, au début du séjour, je me pose des questions sur le nettoyage précédent notre arrivée.

Le menage est fait par une entreprise qui facture son temps a l heure, ce qui représente environ 1h30 pour un appartement comme celui ci. Ce qui peut suffire ou pas suivant l etat laissé par les clients. Je ne sais pas si cela répond a votre question, ce point n est pas facile a gérer suivant les clients....

This was our 3rd time in this apartment and we love it. Great location and idea for a family skiing holiday / C'était notre 3ème fois dans cet appartement et nous l'adorons. Super emplacement et idée pour des vacances au ski en famille
A tv that can get uk channels or play DVD’s to help entertain the children and or free WiFi so they can use the internet more freely /
Une télévision qui peut obtenir des chaînes britanniques ou lire des DVD pour divertir les enfants et / ou une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite pour qu'ils puissent utiliser Internet plus librement.
